I went to Izunagaoka Onsen for the first time. Surrounded by mountains, you can spend a quiet and relaxing time here. Although it is smaller than Atami Kinjokan, the bath here was better. My room was number 507 on the top 5th floor, and the view was great, so I sat by the bay window and had a drink and calmed down while looking at the moon after taking a bath. Dinner is the same as normal Itoen, but the desserts are a bit smaller. I would like to visit again in a different season. It is a good old hot spring town. There was a ramen shop and a convenience store nearby. The walk was also nice. There are not many restaurants in front of Nagaoka Station, but there are also drop-in hot springs such as New Hakkeien and Kobo-no-Yu near Kinjokan. It's also great to use the sauna in the morning. In summer, the pool can be used until 8pm. The large public bath in the main building will be replaced by men and women, but the annex will not be replaced. I would like to replace the annex if possible.. I wanted to take a bath in the large communal bath in the annex. It's a shame. Replyed on October 18, 2024, Room 406 Corner Room, 4th Floor, Main BuildingThere are two bay windows, made of cypress? There was a bathtub in the room, the tatami mats were new and clean, and even though rain was forecast, it was great to spend a clear and beautiful full moon night in the hot springs.

An inn by Itoen Hotels in Izunagaoka.Izu Panorama Park is within walking distance.Although the building is aging, the inside of the building maintains a minimum level of cleanliness. The staff members provide polite customer service and explain the meals and the facility. You can play table tennis for free for one hour with a reservation. The hot spring is a simple alkaline hot spring and has a slightly slippery texture. The indoor bath was hot and the outdoor bath was a good temperature, and my skin felt better the next day.Meals were buffet-style for both breakfast and dinner, but dinner was divided into four parts, so you could enjoy your meal stress-free without being crowded.I was able to drink 6 types of local sake, and the food was delicious as well. The room was spacious and the accommodation was good value for money. If you are not looking for fashion or beauty, it is more than enough.

I think it would be better to reupholster the sliding doors in the room to make it feel cleaner and give the room a better impression. In addition, some customers do not have the moral sense to wash their bodies with detergent before entering the bathtub, so we have to explain to them at the front desk that they should wash their bodies with detergent before entering the bathtub, and make sure to keep lockers and bathrooms clean. I feel that the evaluation would be even better if measures were taken to ensure that other customers could use the hotel comfortably, such as posting warning signs at the entrance.Although it was a short stay of 3 days and 2 nights, I had a relaxing time.Thank you very much.

The other day, I stayed at the Itoen Hotel in Shiobara, and the food was almost the same. It feels like something. The room at Kinjokan was a corner room, so it was nice and spacious.I didn't use the pool, but from what I saw, it didn't really appeal to me...I'm grateful that karaoke and table tennis are free♪

Perhaps because it was old, I couldn't adjust the air volume properly.

I made a reservation for a trip with a friend, but check-in was going to be late, so when I called, I felt the response was a little sloppy. To be honest, the room I was given in the main building was also disappointing. The space was nice, but one of the air conditioners was out of order, and there was a hole in the wall right after you entered, which was creepy. The chairs in the room and the bathroom had unrecognizable stains on them, and the edges of the blinds were bent and dirty.I feel like the cleaning is not done well overall. The built-in freezer was so frosty that the ice maker was left alone, and the hair dryer in the sink was covered in dust so I didn't feel like using it.There weren't that many types of rice, and I personally found the fresh cream that came with the dessert to be sour.Even when I pressed the button for the all-you-can-drink option, the alcohol didn't come out, and when I tried to pour beer, the base of the bottle bounced and half of the beer spilled on my clothes, probably because of a mechanical problem. The taste was also disappointing, to be honest.Breakfast was better than dinner.I definitely don't think I'll stay there again.I don't stay overnight often, but this is the first time I've experienced something this bad.

I stayed in a Japanese-style special room in the annex building. The room was very spacious, which was its best feature, but it was quite old and not very clean. Several of the paper doors were broken, impacting our comfort. I was shocked at the room’s condition and how it was allowed to be assigned to guests. It felt like an insects' wonderland; despite not opening any windows, I encountered several bugs, including spiders and other insects, especially in the evening. The price was decent, and while the food for breakfast and dinner was alright, it wasn’t exceptional. Although the facilities were disappointing, the friendly service at the front desk somewhat made up for the experience.
