Too poor for the price. This is an inn where you can't go wrong with the food and service. Are some of the front staff part-time workers who started working a few days ago? The level of response I think. I will never go there again.

The employees and hot springs were both good. The slope is quite steep. After that, there are stairs to reach the room. Recommended for people with strong feet.

I came from Korea because of this accommodation.I visited on honeymoon.I am very impressed by the friendliness and service of the staff.I felt treated wellIt was even better because there were two outdoor and indoor hot springs in the room.There's nothing to watch on TV, so rent or buy a DVD.I will definitely visit again

・Guest roomThe guest rooms and the attached baths and hot springs are excellent and suitable for the price.YouTube on the TV takes several seconds after pressing a button on the remote control, making it impractical. I think there are a fair number of customers who don't watch TV these days and prefer to spend their time elsewhere, so I would like to see improvements.There was also information that appeared to be the viewing history of previous customers. It seems to be related to privacy. Business hotels are taking this into consideration these days (e.g. they are set to automatically delete when the app starts), so I would like to see this point improved as well.·mealI was interested in the guest room and bath, and as an extension of that, I was looking forward to the meal, but it was just a disappointment.It was just a room, but everything was brought to me at once.Each dish has no character and is not delicious. It's not like there's a lot of it.The rice, which had apparently been cooked in the oven, had already cooled down and was soggy.It's clearly made up.Other accommodations that cost 10,000 yen per person per night offer much better accommodations.I wanted to enjoy my meal with just the right amount of alcohol, but the food was only delivered mechanically and I didn't even listen.・Customer serviceThere was no sense of uniformity, and the worst part was that it was too administrative and I didn't feel any hospitality. (Example: Customer service for meals listed above)・GeneralAlthough I feel there is potential in general, I feel like I am not letting it go.

An inn located in a residential area. The reception and garden are promising, but the room is disappointing and the location is zero.It feels like a renovated two-story detached house, with different guests staying on the upper and lower floors, and the shoe cabinets are the same and there is no lock.I think it's easy to understand if you imagine that the way it's made makes it feel like all your relatives have returned to their parents' house in the countryside with thin walls. Therefore, it can be quite noisy if you have children with you. Also, since it is a residential area, the sound of fireworks from the neighborhood children can be noisy at night during Obon.If you expect it to be a high-class facility, you will be disappointed.

The floor around the vending machine was covered in sand and dirt, making it look less luxurious.Please polish the floor too.The child in the next room was making a lot of noise.The room was built like an old folk house and had an atmosphere. I was disappointed that I couldn't use the public bath as it was being renovated, but the bath in the room was spacious and I was satisfied.Also, it seems that the stains on the floor that I pointed out in this review were taken care of promptly.thank you very much.

My husband and I stayed here for a hot spring trip. We stayed in a room with a hot spring, and the large communal bath was under renovation, so we weren't able to enter it, but we were informed in advance. The food was very delicious. We walked through the garden to get to the dining venue. The wait staff gave us a detailed explanation. There was also free rental of self-esthetic equipment, so I was able to relax and refresh myself. There was also a heart-finding event.
