Although the building and rooms are old, they were well kept. The walls in the guest room were thin and I could hear snoring and conversations in the next room, and at night I could hear rats running around in the attic. The cost was 8,100 yen per person for one room, so I was hesitant about staying in the car, but I wanted to use the bath, so I stayed.I stayed during Golden Week, but it was cold so I think it was nice to be able to sleep on a futon. The staff at the lodge were kind and provided detailed directions when making reservations over the phone.

Used the cafe before climbing Mt. Ishizuchi.I had come all the way down a narrow road to get here, but I never thought there would be a stylish cafe in a place like this.I received Ishizuchi blend coffee for 500 yen and pork croquette for 300 yen.The croquettes were large and delicious with a hint of meat. The person in front of me had received the Shishi Meat Croquette Burger, so I thought I should have ordered this.It was voluminous and looked even more delicious. There were rice ball bento boxes and wild game rice balls, so it's a good lunch box for mountain climbing. After descending the mountain, I ate Moshishi meat croquette.

●Stay overnight the day before climbing Mt. Ishizuchi (private room)●Private rooms and large rooms available●11,000 yen per person (includes next day's lunch box)●The bath has three showers. A little difficult to adjust the temperature. Shampoo and body soap available. It's big enough to comfortably fit about 4 people.●Heating equipment available for rent for a fee●The building is old, but it is well-maintained and clean.● Dinner is wild boar hotpot. very delicious. An older lady who is as cute as an inn will explain. There are two types of all-you-can-eat rice: white rice and cooked rice. No draft beer, but craft beer, bottled beer, wine, etc. available. I don't know if it happens every day, but there was live classical guitar music during the meal.●The landlady and other staff members are all smiling and very kind. It feels high class to call it a mountain hut.I thought it was a good stay.

This is a recently opened stylish shop located at the entrance to Mt. Ishizuchi. The store also has famous baked rice cakes and soft serve ice cream, which taste even better when you eat them after you're tired.

I am very grateful to be able to take a bath and have a meal after climbing Mt. Ishizuchi. What's more, dinner was a large pot of wild boar meat, filled with a large plate of fresh boar meat. I was impressed that they were able to directly purchase wild boar meat that was kept at a high level of freshness, and that I was able to eat to my fill. The seasoning is also excellent. I was very impressed with the selection of delicious sake and shochu. I use guesthouses more than 20 times a year during mountain climbing, and I am very satisfied with the most luxurious meal this year.

Although some of the facilities were a bit outdated, everything was wonderful, including the warm service from the employees, the view from the room, and the delicious food. The sky is blue. The sunset is orange. Are the clouds white? Please come and see for yourself.I guess this is what you mean by liberating your five senses.
