It is located a 5-minute walk up a gentle slope (towards Chaharu) from the Onarimon side of Dogo Onsen Honkan. It has good access to the main building, and Asuka-no-Yu and Tsubaki-no-Yu are only a 10-minute walk, but half of them are in the shopping district, so you can easily get there by walking along the road.It was a fairly cheap inn in Dogo that caught my eye, so I stayed there for two nights without meals. Only stairs inside the hotel. The room is an 8 tatami Japanese style room with a toilet and sink. The key is only used to open the door to the room, and when you want to lock it from inside, you press the middle of the traditional doorknob to lock it. Equipped with a TV, refrigerator, valuables storage, and air conditioning, it has a relaxing impression like a room at your grandmother's house. The lighting is excellent because it can be operated by remote control and the brightness can be adjusted.Since I was planning to work in my room during the day and visit the hot springs after the sun went down, I was asked to skip cleaning, and a set of sheets, yukata, towel, toothbrush, pot of hot water, and tea snacks were placed in front of the door during check-in hours. ``I'll put it on a tray for you,'' he said kindly.I came here for a change of pace after work, so I had a very comfortable stay with more than enough facilities. Pets are allowed, but I didn't hear any cries. Also, the futon was so soft and comfortable...! I slept well💤The dinner photo looked delicious, so next time I'll make a reservation for a plan that includes dinner. I will use it again!

You can stay with your dog (dogs stay for free), the location is great, you can eat your fill (or more?) of delicious food, and relax in a fresh hot spring. And the accommodation fee is unbeatable even during Golden Week. (15,000 yen/person, 2023GW)I have traveled to many places and stayed at many different inns, but this is one of the top inns that I would like to return to again.(It's a long way away, so I don't know if I can actually go there...)This is a software service that has become a hot topic (?) through word of mouth.Honestly, if you think, ``I'm a customer!'', ``Of course the service is good!'', ``Be careful how you talk!'', ``I'm paying you!'', this is not the place for you.In fact, please don't go.The people here, including the landlady, are very honest and simple people. As long as you show gratitude for the accommodation, meals, and baths you receive, and treat the hostess and guests as equals, they will be truly kind and wonderful people, despite their mistakes. There's no need to be humble. I think it's a really comfortable place to stay as long as you're equal and natural.

Although it is an inn from the Showa era, it is a rare inn in Shikoku that allows pets. Accommodation prices are also very cheap.I used the bicycle for a pilgrimage with my pet, and the hot springs helped me feel refreshed. The location is also within walking distance from Dogo Onsen.

I was a bit intimidated by the reviews, but since I was traveling alone, I decided to stay overnight. The receptionist was a nice guy and there were no issues like the reviews said. The hotel is old and not clean, but it's not filthy either. It's not suitable for people with sensitive skin, but I felt it was comfortable for the price. There is a unit bath in the room and a large public bath. There is no washlet in the toilet. The room looks like an old inn, but I have no complaints.Wi-Fi is available.Although it is said that dogs are allowed, I don't feel that way, and I don't have any concerns about the noise from the neighbors. The parking lot can accommodate 3 cars.I think the location is good, close to Dogo Onsen.

A ryokan located about 3 minutes walk from the historic Dogo Onsen!I came here just to sleep this time, and it was amazing (≧∀≦)First of all, it is located relatively close to Dogo Onsen, a 3-minute walk away.Second, since it has a parking lot, you can park your car without worrying about the coin parking lot being full.Lastly, you can tour Dogo Onsen while wearing a yukata or geta. It was free and I felt like I was enjoying the sightseeing feeling. The interior is old-fashioned and a bit dark, but the tatami smell is very nice, so if you're just thinking about staying overnight, you'll be very satisfied.Since it is a tourist destination with many tourists, the inns are cheaper than other hotels, so it is a good option if you want to use it when sightseeing around Dogo Onsen.Smiles from the staff at the inn
