It is a business hotel in name only. The dingy Japanese-style room has a normal TV, air conditioner, and sink. Baths and toilets are shared. Western-style toilets do not have flush toilet seats. The bath is comfortable (towels provided). If you can divide it, you can repeat it. The landlady is a beautiful woman from Morocco and speaks Japanese well.Price: 3000 yen (solo), 2500 yen/person (2-3 people per room)

It has the atmosphere of a cheap hotel in Hong Kong or Manila.The foreign-looking female manager has a very nice atmosphere. However, the facilities are aging. I would like the tatami mats to be replaced.Baths and toilets are shared by both men and women.Use of the washing machine is free. The refrigerator is also shared.It is located on the 2nd floor of a tenant building, and the multiple restaurants on the 1st floor are doing well.Next door is the castle bus center, and I never get tired of looking at it from the window.

Place is old and surely could use some refreshment. You can feel like in the 80's and I believe most furniture is from the era. Also it's a little bit hard yo find the entrance, you need to go inside of the building and go upstairs. But still place is maintained well, clean and organised. Very cheap and location is great for the walking henro. Huge supermarket nearby. Wifi is fast and reliable. It's definitely worth the price, and I would recommend it for a night, to have a glimpse of (what I believe) japanesr 80's budget business hotel.

Room only, ¥3,000 for a single roomThe toilet and bath are separate from the room and shared.Although the hotel is a bit old, the room I stayed in was a four-and-a-half tatami Japanese-style room with a TV, air conditioner, and kettle, so there was no problem.
