A hotel where you can stay with your dog and enjoy French dinner together. The rooms are clean and there are no complaints, and there are plenty of amenities for pets.French food was delicious. There is a good selection of wine, but I think it would be nice if the house wine red and white glasses were a little cheaper.I was concerned that the dog run outside was a bit shabby, and that the public bath was completely visible from the outside depending on the time of day. When I used it, it was cloudy due to the temperature difference, so there was no problem, but in the evening? The silhouette can be seen from the outside... I think it's better to take measures.

Today was my dog's 10th birthday, so I took care of him.At first, I made a reservation through Rakuten Travel, but one person became unavailable, and when I tried to change the number of people through Rakuten Travel, I was told that it would not be possible unless I canceled once, so I gave up, thinking that I might not be able to re-register. However, thanks to the tact of the hotel staff, who changed the number of people in my reservation, and canceled Rakuten Travel, I was able to have a great birthday.The quality of the food was high, the taste was very good, and the service was attentive. I had a great time there, and I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Located in the center of Karuizawa, it is a quiet place with beautiful deep greenery, and large dogs can stay in the same room.And it felt good to be cleaned.The meals are authentic, full-course dishes that incorporate the seasons, with the chef's care down to the dessert.Very delicious.This is a nice small hotel where you can bring your dog into the restaurant, so you can interact with other owners.

Thank you for your help for the first time in 20 years. I had a great time relaxing in the cool Karuizawa with my dog. The French dinner is exceptional. You can bring Sengataki and Harunire Terrace nearby for a walk.

It's been a long time since I last visited Karuizawa with my dog, and there are surprisingly many restaurants where you can eat with your dog only on the terrace, but since this is a pet-friendly hotel, I was able to have a relaxing lunch indoors.The price was reasonable and it was delicious.I happened to be passing by and popped in, and I'm glad I did.

Easy access to Karuizawa's popular tourist destinations, Shiraito Falls and Harunire Terrace.The food and drinks were very filling and delicious. The rooms are also clean.The staff are so friendly that they don't hesitate to touch the children. Children are also human beings, so it would be helpful if you thought it was cute and asked them a few words before petting them. My child doesn't show his behavior in public as much as possible, but if there's something he doesn't like, he'll throw a tantrum and end up in a lot of trouble.

This was my first time staying here with my dog. The French dinner was very delicious. I can't usually take her to French restaurants, so I was able to spend some time with her here, so it was nice.The bath in the room was also comfortable.

The staff were all very kind and we had a great time.All the dishes are exquisite!When I told the receptionist that my family would be late arriving due to work, I was advised that taxis from the station would be busy, so it would be better to make a reservation in time for the arrival of the Shinkansen. Thank you for your help.Thanks to him asking me the name, model, color, license plate number, etc. of the taxi company I had arranged, I was able to board the taxi smoothly after arriving at the station, and was able to meet up without incident.I was very impressed with the attention to detail.Thank you very much.Even when my dog started barking while eating, or when I returned from an outing, the staff would call my name and play with me, which I was grateful for.Three days and two nights. It was a very memorable and fun family trip.My dog is also 11 years old.I've stayed at pet-friendly hotels every year, and this is the number one hotel!

I felt unwell on the mountain trail, so I stopped by to use the restroom, but was told that only guests staying at the hotel could use the restroom.I had so much stomach pain that I couldn't stand up, and it was really tough being in the mountains like this, with no buildings, so I tried asking several times, but they wouldn't let me use the toilet right in front of me. I would never want to use an unfriendly facility that wouldn't even lend me a toilet in case of an emergency. The service is the worst.

Great for bringing your pet along. You can also have dinner together at the restaurant. It seems to be about 45 years old (35 years since it was renovated from a pension to a hotel), but the plumbing and other areas have been renovated. The food is also delicious. I stayed overnight with my family on New Year's Eve, and of course I brought my dog along.I would like to read the general review again.First of all, it's a little negative.Despite the high rate of accommodation, the hotel's facilities and amenities are old, and there are only stairs and no elevators, making it difficult for elderly people to navigate inside the hotel and at the entrance.Also, I booked the ``annex with terrace and semi-open-air bath'' and overconfident the website's ``recommended for 2 to 3 people, up to 4 people allowed'' and stayed with 4 people + 1 toy poo.The only free space I had was on the bed, so I could relax. It was zero (lol).The sofa bed and extra bed are not very comfortable and I would like to have them a little more comfortable.→In other words, the limit is 2 people, so please be careful!On the contrary, it was good.The food is great! It was very delicious.The lobster and beef fillet steak were exquisite.Also, you can sit with your dog in the restaurant and eat and drink together. *Perhaps all the children were well-disciplined, but my child was the one who behaved the worst...There is also a menu for dogs, so if you have leftover food, they will reheat it and serve it the next morning, which I was grateful for.Also, the inside of the facility is very clean even though you can bring your dog with you. (Please don't be misunderstood as it means not dirty)Everyone is staying with the assumption that they will be bringing their pet with them, soI felt like I had expected a few errors, and it was very easy-going and I didn't feel like I was bound to strict rules, so I had a casual time.I would like to use it again.

I went with two couples and one dog. Dog amenities are necessary and sufficient. The facility is old but well maintained.There is also a bath, but it's pretty good.The response is very good.Dinner is French. delicious.The breakfast salad is also typical of Karuizawa and delicious. Best of all, you can eat it in the dining room with your dog.There is also a dock run, but you can only go for a short walk by car.(It's a narrow national highway with a lot of traffic, so it's a bit dangerous.)However, the Sengataki walking course is recommended as it is a pleasant path along the stream.
