There is no air conditioning inside the building so it is hot.The bathroom changing room was not cleaned well and dust fell in clumps. The floor of the changing room in the bathroom was probably missing, and there were various types of mats spread out, but it was dirty and damp, making me feel uncomfortable after staying there. It got so bad I won't go there again.

I am Taiwanese and stayed with my Japanese family. Although the appearance is a bit old, the inside of the room does not feel old. The wooden interior has been renewed and tidied up, making it very comfortable to stay., they even opened another room for us to dine on that day. It was very attentive, the service staff were kind, and the outdoor outdoor hot spring was amazing. It was really an unforgettable experience.

I went there with my club members, and the food was delicious and the hot springs were very relaxing. We also enjoyed the lush green scenery in the open air bath.

You can relax. It's quiet due to its location. The dinner was delicious, and the staff at the inn were warm and nice. The area around the inn is a bit run down, but I personally like it very much.

This traditional ryokan is in a great location surrounded by nature. We visited in winter and were able to see a beautiful snowscape from our cozy tatami room, and even had the chance to sit in the outdoor bath with snow falling down around us. Perfection! Our plan included meals for breakfast and dinner, which were filling and had traditional Japanese dishes (first time having a Japanese breakfast and it was great!). The staff were sweet and very courteous. The building has charm due to its status as a historical ryokan, and gives you the full traditional Japanese experience.
