I stay at Itoen group hotels all over the place. The evaluation is based on the price, so it will be given a relatively high rating.Building: 8 stories built on a slope, with the 2nd floor facing the road and the front desk. This time I stayed in a Japanese-style room with a toilet and no bath on the 5th floor.Room: It's a little dated with tatami mats on the windows and walls, but it's clean and has a washlet toilet and sink. The only ventilation is the ventilation fan in the toilet, the air conditioner is adjustable, and the wifi is connected, but it sometimes cuts out and is a little weak. The view outside the window is of a private house and mountains in the distance.Bath: The large public bath on the 1st floor is spacious, and although there is no view, there is a sauna and cold bath. There is a rooftop open-air bath on the 8th floor, which is large and has a great view. This is just an open-air bath, and there is no washing area, only 2 showers.Meals: Morning and evening buffet, the food is standard, but there is also a seasonal fair, which is standard for Itoen hotels, and the unlimited alcoholic beverages include one type of cold sake each, which is less than other Itoen hotels. The venue was spacious and spacious, and the staff were efficient in serving food, cleaning up, and other tasks.Facilities: Karaoke, table tennis, game consoles, etc. Compliant with Itoen Hotel. There is a manga corner in front of the large public bath on the 1st floor, which was very popular with children during summer vacation.Customer service: I think it's good.Morning coffee service also available ◎Transportation: The parking lot is far away, and although there is a shuttle service, it is a little inconvenient.Considering the price, this is a good value hotel in a lively hot spring town close to Ishidangai.

The location was very good. The parking lot is far away as per the reviews. It can be difficult if you forget something. The old man who guided me around was said to be unfriendly, but that's normal. I think it's probably my fault for making unreasonable requests. Please think about the amount lolThe building was old, but it was well maintained and had a clean feel. I stayed in a 4.5 tatami room with a bath and toilet, but the tatami mats had been changed and it was just the right size. The hot springs were also nice, and there are ones on the first and eighth floors, but the open-air bath with a view on the eighth floor only has two washing areas, so it might get crowded at night. I think it's best to go to the 8th floor just for the view. Personally, the view is better in the morning.I have been to various Itoen Hotels, but the only thing I was disappointed with was the food. You can understand the price for the all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink option, but there isn't much variety at night. Basically, I don't eat salads at night no matter what hotel I go to, but there were so few varieties that I ate them.I won the losing fair and the Maitake mushroom fair and ceramic grill? It was a mistake. I think the stew of giblets and udon was delicious.Itoen stores nationwide had the least variety. And although the morning buffet had a decent variety, it was mostly bad. Even natto is bad.I can't believe anyone said it was delicious. Honestly, I thought the salad was delicious.Considering the price, I can't complain, but I think it would be better to consider the variety and quality a little more. As for the food, it was the worst I've ever had. However, the employees worked efficiently and I felt very comfortable.

A mysterious song was being played at the Viking venue both morning and night.I couldn't hear it clearly because of the noise, but it was a song that made me feel a little uneasy. If anyone knows what that song is or why they play such disturbing songs, please let me know.

The location was good as it was close to the stone stairs. The service was so-so...and the explanation was insufficient.I stayed for 2 consecutive nights, but I wonder why I have to split the payment for each day.Even though the room wasn't full, it was on the edge and the view was terrible.I booked a bus and left from Ikebukuro...It was early so I had to kill time (more than 2 hours) until 3pm.You can't take a bath from 10:00 to 15:00, so there's nothing to do if you stay multiple nights.I was surprised that there was no bath in the room...On the day I returned, check-out was at 11am, but the bus time was at 4pm...💦I had to wait for 5 hours even though there was nothing around me.When I heard about the bus cancellation on the day I arrived, I was told that if I canceled the day before, I would get a 50% refund, so I went to tell them that I would cancel the day before I left.I said that it was no good after I paid... [I didn't explain enough], but it's not a lack of explanation, it's a mistake in the explanation, right?Even though I gave the wrong explanation, they didn't give me the whole thing.I wasted my time waiting for the bus, so I took the 11:20 JR bus home.Bus times change!!Meals are full of sushi...💦It's not even new!I go to hot springs more than 4 or 5 times every year, but the food is horrible.I've been to Itoen in Atami, but the roar is terrible...Itoen Group is supposed to be proud of what they eat...but...💦This was my first time at Ikaho Onsen, but I don't think I'll go there again.

I've been wanting to visit this place for a while since it's close to the stone steps. This is my first visit. The building seems to be patched together with old interiors in places. As for the food, I guess it's from the Itoen group. The venue was too crowded if I went on time, so I recommend going there about 10 to 15 minutes later. The room I stayed in was a corner room of 15 tatami mats, and I could see the sea of clouds from the window in the morning.

It's very cheap, so there are a lot of things that can't be helped, but as everyone has posted, once you park your car in front of the store, leave your luggage and passengers there, and see the hotel's lead car.Walk down the steep and narrow slope. However, it was difficult to keep up with the super speed of the lead vehicle. Moreover, it turned halfway and I lost it. I was at a loss for a few minutes. As I backed up the slope I had come down from for a few meters, I found the lead car parked there. Finally, I was able to park in the parking lot.Driving at that speed is insane. It's a horrible inn.I've stayed at other Itoen hotels, but the food was pretty sloppy. I can only be disappointed. There will be no second time.
