It's located in a good location. The meals are plentiful, and the bath is atmospheric with an open-air bath. The room was quite old and it was difficult to open and close the door. I used it for skiing, but reservations are required for slope transportation.

I was looking for a place to stay to enjoy skiing at Katashina Kogen Ski Resort and found this hotel for the first time.As mentioned in other reviews, the building was showing some signs of age, but the atmosphere in the dining room was lovely, with plenty of natural wood furniture and beams, giving you a sense of the warmth of wood. Above all, the food was heartfelt, plentiful, and delicious.For this price, you get two delicious meals, and the bath is a little lukewarm, but it's nice, and if you don't get too greedy, you'll have a really comfortable stay.If I were to be greedy, I thought that if there were more showers and toilets, I would be able to stay more comfortably even during the high season when there are more overnight guests, but the people at the hostel were warm and welcoming, and the Japanese-style room was similar to the old Japanese-style room at my parents' house. I was immersed in the nostalgia of the Showa era.I had read other reviews about dust mites, so I was skeptical, but I didn't experience any itching or anything like that, so I thought it was just a diss from a rival accommodation.It was a nice inn filled with the nostalgia of the Showa era, where you could spend a warm time thanks to the mother and son (?) of the inn.If there is a free day (the day I wanted was full), I would like to stay with you again.

Everything I eat is delicious, the food is filling, and the atmosphere of the inn is nice. I want to go again! The people at the hostel were warm and I had a great time. it's recommended!
