There is no elevator, so please carry your luggage up. I was given a room in the attic on the 5th floor. There are no windows, no air conditioning, and the ceiling is sloping. If you are accidentally assigned to this room, be careful to hit your head. Stay during the period. I returned to the room at 9pm. It was so hot that I had to rely on an electric fan. When I booked the room, I didn't explain that the room had no windows or air conditioning. During my stay, the hot water was broken and I couldn't take a shower. I didn't explain it at the first time, and I had to go to the counter. After asking, I was told that a bunch of guests who came back after 11 o'clock in the evening could only take cold showers. It was the worst hotel check-in experience ever. It was terrible.

The room on the 5th floor has no windows for ventilation, and it was not stated in advance when booking. It was very hot! During the stay, the water heater was broken and was not informed at the front desk. It was a very bad experience!

Stayed here for the first time during Fuji Rock. Great location as the festival entrance was just a short walk away. The facility was great, and the staff was very attentive and kind. Onsite parking is extremely convenient as well. We'll be back for snow season!

I usually don't want to stay in a room unless there's a toilet or something in the room, but the hygiene here is very clean, and the staff are not Japanese, so it's easy and kind to get along with them!Breakfast is a Western buffet. (There will also be rice)And having muffins is so great!There is a sofa in the lobby where you can relax and socialize with friends and other guests!4th floor? When I looked up from the stairs on the 5th floor, it looked like there was a rest area for the staff, so at first I thought it would be best not to go up, but when I actually got up, I immediately turned right and there was a small game area!There's basketball, table tennis, and more!This place is great!

Great experience at iCamp. The service was amazing and the hotel staff were super helpful. The hotel rooms are nice, but the common areas really make for a lovely place to unwind after skiing. There is also a fun games room on the top floor which people of all ages will enjoy.
