Unfortunately, I have never had a comfortable stay with no smiles due to the administrative staff.The food was delicious, but I will not be making any reservations again due to the unpleasant reception with no smiles or greetings. is.

Although it is an old facility, it was well maintained, and the bedding and air conditioning were good. I felt that the breakfast needed a new look, and the changing room in the public bath needed renovation.

The services such as welcome drinks are very good. The bath was also hot and felt very comfortable.However, the room is dirty. The mattress was brown and dirty, and there were insects flying around even though the windows were not open. Also, the space above the bed was very dusty and I felt that it was not cleaned properly. When I put down my smartphone's mobile battery, I was surprised to find that it was covered in dust. It's the space above your head, and since you only need to wipe it, I wish it would have cleaned the visible areas and the spaces where you put things.

I stayed for 2 nights on Saturday, a public holiday.We entered the parking lot from the side of the hotel, and we were also able to park at the covered tennis court❓️. The area may be able to park about 30 to 50 cars🤔It was a motorcycle, but they charged 300 yen. 😖Breakfast is buffet style on the 8th floor, but it's normal❓️There will be a welcome drink from 5pm, and you can get either an alcoholic drink or a soft drink for free (some people drink 2 drinks 😳) in front of the lobby.The room was well cleaned 👍Amenities are on the 1st floor (in front of the lobby)The front desk service is also good.There is a large commercial facility in front of the hotel, including Mac, rice bowls, steak restaurants, udon, and Starbucks.31I have no problem eating out such as ice cream, miso etc.🤩I would like to give it 4 stars, but the parking fee...Also, accommodation costs are high❗️It's a public holiday and Saturday, but it's a little expensive for one night.Almost 12,000 yen...🤔There might not be another time for this amount.

It's about a 10-minute walk from JR Matsuyama Station, and there's a supermarket across the street from the hotel, making it very convenient.At night, curry is available (limited to quantity committee members), and one free drink is also available.The inside of the building is obviously old, but it's kept clean so it doesn't bother me. There is also a large public bath, which is helpful in many ways.Breakfast is a buffet with a nice view.

Although it is near Matsuyama Station, it is a few blocks walk. There are many types of services, including curry on weekday nights, a choice of shampoo and conditioner, and a welcome drink. However, the welcome drink machine seems to have been poorly maintained, with drinks piling up where the cup was placed.The public bath was not large, and was large enough to be filled with about 3 or 4 people. Breakfast has a wide variety and drinks are free. It's not crowded so you can have a relaxing time.

I was attracted to the large communal bath and the curry service on weekday nights, so I used it. The hot water in the large communal bath was good with a binchotan charcoal bath, but the lockers in the changing room were thin against the wall, and the cleanliness was a little lacking. The free curry was retort curry, and things like Fukujinzuke were out of stock by 8:30 p.m.The breakfast was delicious, but there was no tea, and at around 8:30, there was no yogurt.It's a short walk to the train and there's Fuji, so it's convenient for shopping, so I used it during my stay.

It's close to JR Matsuyama Station, and there's a large supermarket (Fuji Grand Matsuyama) right in front of it, so you can do some shopping. Isn't it a convenient location if you want to go on a business trip or travel cheaply?

A few minutes walk north from Matsuyama Station. The hotel is surrounded by large shopping centers and electronics stores. What's more, there is an entertainment facility in front of Matsuyama Station that also has the largest sauna in Japan! So when I say convenient, I mean convenient.The hotel itself is old and has a lonely atmosphere. However, we do our best to offer welcome drinks and curry service on weekdays. The room seems to have been renovated and is quite spacious, so it's enough for just sleeping. There is also a large public bath. This is a high point.

Although it is a little far from JR Matsumoto Station, it is not a problem. There is an electronics store next door and a mall including a supermarket across the street, making it convenient for long-term stays. Breakfast was also good. If you ask me if the building and rooms are clean, they feel a little old, which is appropriate for the price. However, it wasn't unclean, and I didn't feel any inconvenience during my 10-day stay.Usually it's cheap, but on holidays, the price almost triples.

The staff members were ok and ok. He's not very kind or has a bad attitude. One of the selling points seems to be that they offer free drinks on weekdays, but the machine seems to be malfunctioning and only drinks are served on a regular basis. There was no sign posted, and even though there were customers who were struggling to pour drinks when they pressed the button, it wouldn't come out.It would be no exaggeration to say that they didn't say anything until the customer asked, and turned a blind eye. I think so. One person said, ``Nothing is coming out,'' and for the first time, the man at the reception desk said, ``I'd like to see if there's something wrong with the machine.'' It was the fifth day of my stay, so I was listening to it, thinking that it wasn't something that had just started...As for the room, the cleaning staff did a very good job of cleaning it and replenishing the towels every day. However, I was really surprised by the condition of the room. Stained walls and stained carpet. The base of the bed had stains that looked like blood and it was just disgusting. The slippers also looked like something you'd see in the early Showa era for toilets, so I didn't really feel like wearing them either 😖 At breakfast, there was a family wearing slippers, and I saw them being warned about it, but they were different from the ones in our room. So I think only a few rooms are made of old vinyl. I was on a smoking floor (unfortunately, there were only smoking rooms available for this size when I made the reservation), but as soon as I got off the elevator, the smell filled the hallway and it was terrible. I don't think any other hotel has such a strong smell even on the smoking floor. This time, I really thought that even in Japan, there are places that rent out rooms in this condition for money. It was very spacious and perfect for a family of four. By the way, my room was on the 4th floor. The price was not particularly cheap compared to other places with the same conditions, and I felt like I had been ripped off. Mr. Cabin Attendant: What do you think of this? The city tram stop is right next door. It is also close to Furumachi Station on the Iyotetsu line, making it convenient for sightseeing ports. It is about a 5 minute walk from JR Matsuyama Station. The selling point of this hotel is that there is a large shopping center in front of it that is open until 11pm. There are no supermarkets at Matsuyama Station, so this is a very convenient hotel for those who want to have a ready-made dinner at a cheaper price.The building is old, but it's spacious and clean, and the windows open wide, so it's comfortable during the warmer months (be careful not to fall because they open too much!).There's also a large public bath on the first floor (not Dogo's hot water). ) Breakfast was also okay, with Jakoten. Now that I think about it, for some reason, there was no pon juice. The problem is that the refrigerator doesn't get cold enough. I drank the beer I bought at the supermarket across the street after taking a bath, and it warmed me up. It's better to buy it last minute from the hotel's vending machine.Afterwards, there was no cup for drinking tea in the room. Apparently they use paper cups from the free drinks on the first floor. I thought the cleaner had left it behind. When checking in at the front desk, there was not much explanation, so first-timers should be careful. We stayed for two people, the location was great, and there was a large public bath, so it was quite spacious. Breakfast is also sufficient. You can also rent an air purifier (humidifier), and the room was reasonably priced.

I stayed in a single room for 2 nights on Saturday and Sunday for business purposes.My room was on the 7th floor, but the wifi was quite poor.I read in another review that the speed was 100mbps, but the room I stayed in was disastrous.If there was a wired LAN outlet, I could have connected my own wireless router, but there was no outlet either.I think this is a hotel you should avoid if you place emphasis on using Wi-Fi during your stay.

It's a hotel that has a Showa feel, in a good way, neither bad nor bad. There is a surface parking lot at the back of the building. You can park in the adjacent indoor tennis court, but the spaces are not divided, so I don't know how many cars will fit. Front 1st floor. 2 elevators. The room has a card-type automatic lock. There is no telephone in the room. Meals are buffet on the 8th floor. As for the content, it's okay 😁 The good thing is that the bed was super comfortable. I was able to fall asleep very comfortably. There are no convenience stores nearby, but there are plenty of restaurants, etc., so I don't think it will be a problem.
