The hot spring was so hot in the morning that I couldn't use it. Apparently the men's bath was hot even at night. The bathing tax is...When I checked out, no matter how I waited or called, no one came. Is it because you are staying overnight?Thank you for your help.

My family of three stayed here from August 13th to 14th.The room was spacious and had a great view of the mountains. The food was plentiful and I was satisfied. There was a reason why I chose this place for Obon, and it was because I remembered that my father-in-law had wanted to go to Old God Onsen when he was alive, but he couldn't bring me there.I later found out that my father-in-law grew up in Gunma Prefecture and used to come to Oigami Onsen with his family several times a year when he was young.I'm sure they had fun together. The customer service was also kind and polite. Thank you to everyone at Yamaguchiya.I think it would have been better if there was Wi-Fi in the room.

Two families, an infant and an elementary school student, used it. You can also use PayPay, and you can bathe in the hot springs as much as you want 24 hours a day.Above all, the hotel was kind to children and had great customer service, talking to them when they found them, and letting them play with the toys in the lobby.Although it was an old hotel, I was convinced that it had been loved for a long time. The rooms are also clean and neat. There is table tennis! It is highly recommended for families with children as there is play area in the lobby.I want to go again.

We were welcomed by the smiling host and landlady. |The building has a Showa retro feel, but the rooms have been renovated and are clean and comfortable. …

It used to be glamorous in the past, but the ski boom is over and there's also the coronavirus.I've gotten lonely all over. However, the landlady and the number two receptionist are also very personable.Food is good for the priceThe open-air bath with natural hot spring water is also nice.

An aging hot spring area. Although the facilities of this hotel are older, the service attitude of the staff is very good. Overall, it is worth a try!
