I went with 5 friends. We were able to play table tennis and billiards, and there was a Finnish sauna in the public bath, which was very satisfying! The employees were very kind, the food was delicious, and we had some great memories. thank you!

A needle-like object was sticking out in the cabin and stuck in my leg.Even when I showed him the stuck object, he made no attempt to retrieve it.Even though I was hurt, I don't even apologizeFurthermore, even if you arrive before check-in time, no employee comes out and makes you wait. When I thought I had finally come out, there was one Filipino who didn't understand anything.Zero responsivenessIt's best not to stay in such a hopeless place. I have nothing but regrets

Other reviews mentioned that there were a lot of insects, so I went there with trepidation, but there were no insects in the room. The room was quite large and had a good view from the window.I felt that there was a shortage of staff, but the staff were friendly and gave me a good impression.Table tennis and billiards were available, which the children enjoyed.

My mother, younger brother, daughter, and I stayed for one night during a three-day weekend in July this year. The food was delicious, but when I woke up in the morning...I looked in the bathroom mirror and screamed. There was a huge kamadouma on my chest...I looked like I was going to cry.I quickly shook it off, dropped it in the bathroom, and covered it with hand soap so it wouldn't come back up. Then I went to call the staff. They cleaned up without any signs of remorse and didn't say a single word of apology. After that, there were Kamadouma everywhere in the room, and my brother was screaming and my daughter wanted to go home as soon as possible. It was the worst.I'm lucky that I didn't see any kamadouma that night.I also had to lay out and fold my own futon, so I thought the price was too high.My mother paid for it, but I couldn't help but feel sorry for her and her daughter, who were looking forward to the trip the most.I don't want to stay at this hotel again. It might be good for people who are good at insects.

10 minutes by car from Harunila Terrace. It's more of a mountain villa than a hotel located in the back of the vast Sengataki villa area. The hotel is very quiet as there are only a few rooms. The large rooms with balconies feel more like a villa than a hotel. The fantastic winter morning scenery and Mt. Asama up close were beautiful. It's a members only hotel, so there aren't any excessive services, but that's a good thing. The staff is small but friendly. Please note that it is best to do your shopping at a convenience store or supermarket before arriving at your hotel. There are only villas around the hotel and there is no place to shop.

We recommend that you avoid arriving at night for the first time.It stands inconspicuously at the top of a steep mountain. The inside of the building is old and looks like a training facility. There are few rooms so there is a sense of privacy. There is a massage machine in the room lol

I use hotels about 100 days a year, and this was the worst experience I've had in a hotel.I do not recommend staying here.It was a series of really terrible attitudes that didn't treat customers as customers.
