Thank you for staying with us for 2 nights. I stayed in different rooms for the first and second nights. The large bathtub was made of stone for men and cypress for women. I thought it would be nice if there was a replacement. The second night's detached room had a semi-open-air bath, so I took a relaxing bath without worrying about anyone else.Dinner and breakfast were about ⭐️. I ordered two draft beers, but was told that the beer was sold out.For that, I was charged two drinks. The air conditioner in the Japanese-style room was broken and it was hot in the annex. However, the owner was a very nice person and the room was nice, so it was a really nice inn.

This is a wonderful detached room no matter how you look at it.A large open-air bath where even the whole family can comfortably fit in a spacious room, comparable to a large communal bath. You can spend a luxurious timeWhen I went, they were only accepting one group per day as a precaution. Therefore, you can use the three indoor baths in the large public bath in the main building as much as you like (although one was closed).on tv championThis is an outbuilding built by young shrine carpenters. It was the bestI ate the food at the main building and it was delicious! It was a wide detachment, so it didn't feel like I was going to hit anything. There was plenty of hot water coming out of the sink.I have no complaints20200613 Accommodation

First of all, it took too long from entering the building to being shown to the room.I had to write out the guest's accommodation book while they were still carrying their luggage, and then I had to go to the back and wait for a while, and then I had to bring another document and write it out two or three times.Wouldn't it be better to have some consideration, such as asking them to temporarily store their luggage or calling out to them? I also think it is a necessary measure to prepare all the necessary documents at the counter in advance to avoid wasted time.I was given an explanation of the inside of the building, including the bathrooms and dining area, and was finally taken to my room, where I was told to lay out my own futon and to call the front desk if I needed anything. There was no paper provided in the room with information about the building or evacuation exits. When I asked to change the size of the single yukata, I was told that there were no sizes smaller than medium, but I wanted a ``large'' size. Please listen and understand this request/story.Please don't hang up on me like it's a hassle or disgusted. When I tried to take out the comforter, there was dust and hair on the sheets no matter where I turned them.As expected, the discomfort is MAX.It was a shame that there was no change of noren at the end of the bath. Also, there was no signage in the changing room that looked like a list of hot spring ingredients (unusual for a hot spring hotel). Is the shower temperature control broken? The water is strangely lukewarm...I thought the hot springs (bathtubs) were at the right temperature, but when I went in for the second time (after dinner), the water temperature was so high that I couldn't even get in.Did someone say it was lukewarm and warm it up? Is the boiler broken? Some people say "I can't do it!" and leave the bathroom because they can't get it in no matter how hard they try to dilute it with water.I tried it, but my skin turned red and it didn't go away for a while.I felt like Ostrich Club.I had high expectations because the food was said to be their specialty, but the breakfast and dinner were nothing special, just...well, average. It was that kind of feeling. The only thing that impressed me was that the soup had a strange use of mitsuba and yuzu.Even when paying the bill, it takes time to read and fold the newspaper at the counter...I laughed inwardly at how quickly his eyes changed color when counting money and how quickly he could move.We were able to stay at this inn just in time for the busy season, but there were a lot of things wrong with it. It's so unpleasant that I won't go there again.

I stayed in a detached house.Even though there were cancellations due to the rain the day before and the coronavirus, there was only the two of us staying, but the food was plentiful, and the room and bathroom were very nice. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife, so it feels like home.It was a very comfortable stay.

The food and hot springs are both very good, but the room I was given this time had a boiler? Because it was directly above the building, there was so much noise that I couldn't sleep at night. It's a shame because I was looking forward to the trip at the end of the year. I will never come again.

Stayed in a separate plan for a short period of time for hot spring treatment. Main dissatisfaction.①I was told that I would be eating in my room because of the coronavirus, but at check-in I was told that I would be eating in the large hall because of the coronavirus. The reason why it doesn't make sense. Has it become a hassle to go back and forth?! In any case, there was no attitude of apologizing for the change in plans.② Skip the dinner on the first day. The gap from the second day in terms of types and numbers was too large.③It was designed to have a barrel lid fitted into the round window shield, but it hit him directly on the head and caused him to slump. When I reported it, it was the customer's fault because I touched it.③I was warned that I was using too much hot water. Even though the explanation was that it was a continuous flow of hot water, I couldn't believe what I was saying. He even told me the number, ``We used XX tons...''. Also, I was speechless when I heard this when I mentioned ③ at dinner on the second day. Apparently saving hot water is more important than customer safety. It seems that management rationality is more important than customer safety. I get the impression that they don't care about the customer's perspective. I would like to hear about your management philosophy.During the coronavirus pandemic, what was supposed to be a fun trip was ruined by the accommodation.

We stayed in mid-July.I was looking for a place to stay at a hot spring in Sarugakyo, Gunma Prefecture during the holidays and found this place. It was a good inn.Good points・There are only 7 rooms, so you won't feel crowded.・If you choose the time, the public bath is reserved for you (no one else is there)・The temperature is high because the water is fed directly from the source.- Surrounded by rich nature・The exterior looks a little old, but it has a hot spring feel.・Very good customer service・Rooms, lobby, and stairs are thoroughly cleaned.・The rice is luxurious (not too much, not too little, satisfying)Points that caught my attention-The walls of the room are a little thin・No Wi-Fi environment・The open-air bath was closed.・The bath is open, but the window where you change clothes is not screened, so I was worried about insects (mosquitoes, etc.). (Will closing it solve the problem?)・The parking lot is large, but there are no white lines, so everyone parks according to their senses.
