The room is clean and warm, and it's right in front of the bus stop, so it's very convenient for people coming by bus. The staff is very friendly, and there are discounts on lift tickets and rentals, so it's good value for money.

The room only had heating and a futon. Parking was 500 yen per night.

The room was led to a two-story white wooden building called the annex, and as soon as I entered the room, I was shocked by how cold it was. There is a kerosene stove in the room, but it frequently shuts off. There is evidence that there was once a TV in the room, but it was removed, probably because they didn't want to pay the reception fee. However, we do have an extension cord and kettle. The dining area is next to the front desk, but as soon as you open the door, you'll find yourself in a gathering space for the owner's family, and beyond that is a space for us guests. The food is similar to what you would expect at a ski inn. The staff, who can't speak Japanese, bring the food to you without a word.Breakfast is even more difficult. It's the same venue as the dinner, but the heating isn't on, so you'll be shivering as you eat your slightly cold meal.Even when I greet them with "Thank you very much" as they leave the inn, they don't respond at all, either because they don't understand what I'm saying or because they don't want to respond. The staff here should be grateful to the young girl who is the only one who can speak Japanese at this inn. Without her, this facility would become an inn where Japanese people are not allowed. My daughter, who is the only one who can speak Japanese, has a wonderful smile, soft demeanor, and great customer service! That's about all I can evaluate.I think you should study a little Japanese so you can at least say hello. This is an inn that has been in business since 1966.

I suddenly stayed overnight without meals as a pre-trip to Naeba Ski Resort.Thank you for responding even when I contacted you at the last minute.I think the owner is probably from China. The female staff member was always smiling and made me feel very welcome. This time we stayed in a Japanese-style room, with comforters and pillows provided, and you could lay out your own mattress and hang the sheets on it.The heating in the room was warm, so even though it was snowing, I didn't feel cold. There is a washbasin in the room, but the toilet is shared. The bath was also a large public bath, but I only used it for the shower that day. I was not told this when making the reservation, but was told at check-in, so I wish I had been told this first. There is also a hot spring nearby, so I think it would be a good idea to use that on those days.It seems like your voice is leaking quite a bit, so please be careful when talking loudly as it may disturb those around you. There are restaurants nearby, so you can eat there until the lights go out.Parking lot charges 500 yen per car. It was snowing suddenly that day, and I felt it was a little difficult to shovel the snow in the parking lot, so I shoveled it myself. The snow was shoveled the afternoon after we checked out, so the snow shoveling incident may have been a coincidence.I wasn't shown around the drying room, so I don't know the details. For this price, it was a perfect facility for a room without meals.
