I stayed here on a family trip. The food was delicious, and I was happy that if the family bath was empty, I could use it as much as I wanted without having to make a reservation.I want to go again.

It looks like it has been renovated, so you can feel the history, but the rooms and baths (1m deep!) are clean. All the staff members are also very approachable and comfortable. The room meal was very delicious, but the food delivery seemed to be an assembly line process, which was disappointing.

This inn is located halfway next to the famous stone steps of Ikaho Onsen. You will take off your shoes at the hotel entrance and a foot guard will take care of them for you. Also, a waiter will guide you to your room, which is rare these days. The building seems to have quite a history and feels old, but it was well kept and I felt comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and had just the right amount. In addition to the large indoor bath and open-air bath, there are 4 family baths where you can enjoy the hot springs at your leisure.I was a little annoyed that the road to the hotel parking lot was narrow and winding, but other than that, it was a very satisfying stay.

This inn was located right in the middle of Ishidangai, and the access to Ishidangai was excellent. As I was walking with my luggage from the parking lot, a staff member ran up to me and took my luggage. The hot springs, large public bath, open-air bath, and family bath were all wonderful and I ended up taking them many times. The food was Japanese-style kaiseki, but the amount of dinner was very large, so if you are a small eater, I think it would be better to ask for adjustments.Although the price is reasonable, the service and hospitality typical of a long-established ryokan is provided, and the baths and scenery of Haruna are also wonderful. I was able to spend a quiet holiday. I would like to visit here next time I come to Ikaho.

Chigira Jinsen-tei...It is located almost halfway up the staircase street of Ikaho Onsen. This is an inn with high customer satisfaction...all the employees were very nice. The cabin attendants were especially nice...I thought they were well-versed in their behavior and language.

Good location, good service, good bath...no bad points. We had a drink at the bar at the inn, and he also introduced us to a bar outside. We had a really fun night. Although I feel that the education of foreigners is still lacking, the service is very good, which is rarely seen in recent years among hotels in this price range. 3 stars because the foreigner in charge of the room did not respond well. It's better to have a large umbrella and rain geta.

The room and location were very good. The food was average, but the quantity was very large. Also, there is a huge difference in the customer service of the staff. There were staff members who showed me to my room and didn't help me with my luggage at all, and staff members who were having fun when I went to the entrance to go out.I couldn't imagine going there again.
