This is an inn belonging to the Itoen Hotels group, which is well-known for its all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat menu.It is the largest Oyu Onsen inn in Uonuma City, so it is easy to use and perfect for going out to Mt. Hakkaisan and Lake Okutadami. If you are coming by train, we will provide a free shuttle bus to Koide and Urasa. The hot spring is spacious with a large bath and a rock bath, and there is also an open-air bath that does not block the sky, so you can enjoy a pleasant bath♪The super moon was beautiful on the day of our stay 🌃As for meals, you can enjoy not only rice but also Uonuma Koshihikari, which is unique to an inn in Uonuma city. The rice cooked with maitake mushrooms was also delicious ✨

I stayed there in mid-October, so P.S.I stayed with my relatives in two rooms, and the temperature that day was over 25 degrees, so it was very hot in the room.I couldn't open the windows because turtle bugs would come out, and I couldn't use the air conditioner (it was centrally supervised and didn't work), so I had to open the hallway door because it was hot.The dinner and breakfast buffets are worth the price of the stay, but the all-you-can-drink option at dinner is great.I was able to enjoy some alcohol and my stomach was full. There was a large indoor bath and an open-air bath, and the male and female baths changed daily, so I was able to enjoy both. There were sweets in the room, and the explanation at check-in was thorough. There was a Wi-Fi repeater in the room and I was able to use it comfortably 🤗I was able to check in from 2pm, and the parking lot wasn't crowded, which was nice.(Although you can enter the room at almost 3:00 p.m.)……………………………………………………………………………This is a relatively inexpensive hotel that includes two meals and buffet and all-you-can-drink (alcohol and soft drinks).Itoen Hotels also offers discounts on the prefectural resident plan for a limited time.If you look at the parking lot, there are many prefecture number plates. The quality of the food is decent, but you can get drunk with a full stomach (lol).Seating is limited (the Japanese-style room next door is also open, but you have to take off your footwear), so it's best to make reservations early for your meal. The dinner buffet is all-you-can-drink (alcohol and soft drinks), and everyone is drinking alcohol lolBreakfast is also a buffet with Japanese and Western dishes. The room has Wi-Fi and a toilet (washlet). There is also an open-air bath, and the male and female baths change daily. The indoor bath is quite large. The hot spring had just the right amount of water and was a refreshing hot spring ♨Although the building is old, I don't think there will be any problems with cleaning. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel and a short distance away (in front of the hotel). The parking lot in front of the entrance will be full when you check in at 3pm, so I think it's better to go around 2:30pm.The accommodation fee is paid at check-in, so checking out is as simple as returning the key. However, it takes time to check in, so it may be best to check in around 2:30 pm or after 3:30 pm.Check-out is possible at 11am.Most of the cars have prefecture license plates, and most of the customers are elderly, probably looking for all-you-can-drink.

This hotel is the only Itoen hotel in Niigata Prefecture. It's a little further up the mountain from the city center of Uonuma City, but it's safe to say that there isn't much around it except for a few hot spring inns. The rooms are relatively clean and there are no problems with the water supply.I think it falls into the clean category among Itoen hotels. The hot springs include an indoor bath and an open-air bath. The indoor bath is spacious, but the outdoor bath can accommodate up to 5 people. The water is fed directly from the source, so the temperature is a little hot.I wanted to go in on a cold day in the middle of winter. In addition to the standard meals, we enjoyed local dishes such as simmered herring and Kurumafu. The only disappointing points were that the air conditioning was centrally controlled, and although it can't be helped because it's a natural product, there were a lot of stink bugs, and we were told not to open the windows, but we didn't. A lot of stink bugs invaded my room, so I couldn't sleep well at night.

The reception staff, a man with a small amount of hair, was very rude. The customer base was so bad that I ended up leaving without using it.

I stayed at the standard Itoen Hotels (morning, evening, normal buffet) for the first time in about a year. Personally, I like Itoen Hotels, so I stay at various places for about 3 to 4 nights a year. This was my first time staying at Itoen Hotels Yumoto, and in the end I didn't find anything particularly bad about it. The hot springs, rooms, and meals are of Itoen Hotels quality, so unless you're staying at Itoen Hotels for the first time, you won't have any complaints. However, due to the current social situation, it can't be helped that the number of items at Viking is lower than before.Still, I would like to applaud Itoen Hotels, which is working hard and not raising prices. I don't feel like getting angry at the rampant interruptions of older brothers and sisters during meals, as I consider this to be a tradition at Itoen Hotels. The only thing that bothered me was how to use the leftovers from the previous day to prepare the next day's dishes (for example, the shrimp in the shrimp sushi from the previous day was included in the next day's Happo na). Even if it couldn't be helped, I couldn't stand the fact that the boiled sausages at the morning buffet were clearly leftover sausages from the previous day that had been re-boiled (the skin was too hard to eat). That's -1 point.
