My wife and three children used it. The food was very delicious and the staff was very kind and nice. It's also nice to be able to walk around the building without wearing slippers. The beef stew for dinner was tender and delicious. Breakfast is also huge. Thank you for preparing baby food for the children. The hotel was friendly to both children and adults.

I used it for a day trip. The food was so delicious that I couldn't finish it. The private bath was also spacious and nice. The atmosphere was nice and the young staff at the restaurant explained the facility and the food to us. The only thing I noticed was that the tatami mats in the room I stayed in for the day seemed to be old, and when I knelt down to make tea, small pieces of tatami mats stuck to my clothes.Other than that, everything was fine. I would like to use it again for family celebrations etc.

As it is called a kappo inn, ``Dinner is amazing!'' 'It was an inn.I was especially surprised at how good the sashimi was. What I thought was country food turned out to be a dish carefully prepared by a chef! The waiter was also a waiter with excellent timing! Please be prepared that the building is old as it has a history 😊The software inside is full of wonderful originality. We also have some innovations in our morning coffee cups, so please come stay and enjoy our service 😊Although the bath did not have a sauna or anything like that, it was a good temperature and space, and the hot water was a very gentle hot spring.I have used it 3 times and my skin has become smoother✨I want to come again

As it is a Japanese style inn, the food is delicious. I heard that the head chef was trained in Kyoto, which makes sense. That's the taste. You can also choose a yukata, and coffee is brewed in the lobby during morning hours. Are the souvenirs used here rather than local ones? It's not much, but it's next to the front desk. The main building and annex are only connected on the 3rd floor, so you will need to change elevators. The nearby Yahiko station is wonderful.

On March 26th, my friend and I stayed from 11:00 to 16:00 on a day trip plan that included lunch. The first thing I thought was that I was very impressed with the way the young male employee interacted with me. He showed me the rooms and gave me detailed explanations with a soft voice and a smile, making it easy to understand. Although it was Sakuraya, I was able to spend my time calmly.I was very impressed with how efficiently and smoothly the food was served and explained. The paid private bath was very spacious and the temperature was lukewarm, so I thoroughly enjoyed it for about 50 minutes. All the food was delicious and I finished it easily.I was happy with the variety of seafood and vegetables that were full of flavor without being overly seasoned.I enjoyed the tableware and felt like I was at a high-end restaurant. The time passed so quickly that my friend and I had a great time and decided that we would definitely want to stay there next time.

I visited this inn for the first time after giving birth. I was a little nervous because I was traveling with a baby, but since this is a welcome baby hotel, the staff spoke to me calmly and kindly, and there was a lot of consideration for children everywhere, making it very comfortable. It was great!I stayed in a room called Tsumugi no Ma. There was only a Tsumugi room on that floor, so I personally felt at ease because I didn't have to worry about other rooms even if my child cried. The room was spacious, clean, and I was very satisfied. It was also very nice to be able to enjoy the hot springs in the bath in the room. When we arrived, there was a nap blanket for the kids, and there was also a list with pictures of baby equipment rentals, as well as information about meal times, bath times, etc., which was easy to understand. I thought that was very polite. And the dinner was especially delicious.I have stayed at many inns with delicious food, but this one was also very satisfying! Each one was elegant and every bite was delicious! Lots of local ingredients too! It was the first time in my life that sea urchin was so delicious (^^)I was very happy that both dinner and breakfast were served in my room, and the accommodation was very baby-friendly when it came to dinner time and serving.Anyway, I was very satisfied, so I definitely want to go again ◎

Right in front of the station, right next to the parking lot. No soil is allowed inside the museum, and slippers are not worn, so moving around is easy and safe. It's hard to walk in slippers and I'm scared of stairs. The bath is not big though! The food is delicious.

First of all, when I checked into this inn, I was surprised by the high quality of the staff's service.A young boy with a stylish appearance was in charge, but his speech and movements were beautiful, his explanations were thorough and skillful, and he was really well trained. The woman who served dinner had not been working for a long time, so her customer service skills are not perfect, but the atmosphere was soft and easy to talk to, and I could feel that she was ready to serve customers with care. Great hospitality. The breakfast lady was friendly and energetic, and the hostess and owner were very responsive, and the customer service was absolutely perfect. And the food is amazing. The quality of the ingredients, seasoning, creativity, and sense of menu structure are all of a high standard, and everything is delicious. It is not uncommon for high-class hotels to offer this level of cuisine, but the fact that they are able to offer this type of cuisine at a standard price range is the result of corporate efforts. The food is by far the most delicious in an inn in this price range. The interior of the hotel is comfortable with tatami flooring from the entrance, and the modern lobby has a sense of style that you wouldn't expect from the exterior. The room itself feels a little old, but it is a normal room that does not have a heavy and old feeling like a pure Japanese style, and is well-cleaned and comfortable. In addition, the futons are made with very good mattresses and the air conditioner is new, so you can rest comfortably. There is nothing special about the scenery, and there is no open-air bath, but since the location is only a few dozen seconds walk from the station and there are sightseeing spots within walking distance, I can imagine that it would be difficult to balance the scenery with the open-air bath. It's not a negative point. The only negative point is that the large hot spring bath is quite small, and it would probably be full if three people fit in the bath, so you need to check the timing of your bathing, and I recommend reserving a private bath for a fee. Masu. However, the paid private baths are not expensive, the design of the baths is good, and the atmosphere is soothing, and the hot springs themselves have a light spring quality that is gentle on the skin, but the hot water has a pleasant texture, so it is well worth the fee. there is.With this kind of customer service and food, it was inevitable that it would be ranked in the Best Accommodations Award.
