For the past few years, I have stayed overnight here once a year, and have used the hot springs for day trips 3 or 4 times this year.During my stay, the room, bathroom, meals, and staff at the front desk were all excellent, but I was disappointed in the behavior of the parking lot attendant.When I use it for a day trip, I am asked to park my car outside instead of in the covered parking lot. I was told this before, so I placed it outside without a roof this time as well. It was raining that day, and I wanted to avoid walking in the rain as much as possible, so I parked my car near a covered parking lot.As soon as I parked, I heard someone say something from outside, so I got out and took my luggage. I was asked if I was a guest.When I said it was a day trip, I was asked to go further in (to stop). He spoke to me in the rain (from a place with just a roof), and also asked me what time it was. When I was asked this, I thought it would be a good idea to check it myself, even though it was raining here.When I told him that it was just before 2 o'clock, he took his smartphone out of his breast pocket and said that he was feeling tired. How about asking a customer the time...Do day-trippers have to park far away from the entrance? Or is it because of his/her business circumstances?When I parked in the rooftop parking lot for an overnight stay, there was no guide, so I parked in an empty spot, and when I was unpacking my luggage, someone came and left it here... or something like that. It was empty, so I left it there, and when I said that, he looked around the car and said, okay then.Would you like to say something? It's the same person.If you don't want it parked, please leave a pole.On the day of my return, I felt bad about such treatment, and even when I was taking a bath, I couldn't stop feeling irritated. Even though I was there to be healed, I felt sick.When I was leaving, he was there and I looked at him to confirm his name, but he didn't say anything. The other guide (who was slender and petite compared to him) said thank you.By the way, I couldn't make out the name tag at all because the plate itself was a dark color.If you are driving there, the parking attendant will be the first staff member you will encounter.It's a shame because the baths and food are very good, and even though I used to visit him every year, I don't want to go back for a while if I see that person there when I drive there again.

I couldn't figure out where the front entrance was, so I ended up passing by and going to the employee entrance.Anyway, it was hard to understand, and when I finally thought about calling, it turned out to be nothing, and it was on the opposite side of the entrance to Oedo Onsen Monogatari...(sweat)I didn't see that one either, but there may have been a signboard on that road, but I think it's a little hard to tell...I didn't have to wait for check-in, and they showed me around and gave me detailed explanations.I had seen the welcome drink and tea cakes online, so I was able to relax before going to my room.The plum kombucha was very soothing. The facility may be old, but it's well maintained and doesn't make you feel special.Although it has a Showa-era feel, the building is sturdy and has a quiet and calm atmosphere.Access to the stone steps is also good.The hot springs are of course the best, and the view from the open-air bath was also great.I was able to take my time and enjoy it.The children seemed to enjoy playing table tennis and reading the manga in the lounge.We recommend both private baths and hot spring baths.

It's a large hotel. Originally, I think the main target is a large number of people, but several times a year, I stay here without meals on my way home from work. Soak in a hot spring and sleep well! Since this is the cheapest room plan, we took the escalator and elevator to Senjukan, which is the one in the back. It's a long journey ( ´艸｀)During the coronavirus pandemic, you had to lay out the futon yourself, but this time the futon was laid out for you.The large public bath has an open-air bath, and the genders change depending on the time. The hot water is red and golden! I feel like I've come to Ikaho. There is also a Shirogane-no-yu bathtub.There is also an entrance that leads up to stone steps, so I think it's good for sightseeing.

This is my first time coming to Ikaho.I parked my car at a municipal parking lot and toured Ikaho until checking in at the hotel. Although it was Friday, some restaurants were closed, but there were many other restaurants and we had delicious food. The famous stone steps had handrails and were safe to use.Fukuichi's dinner was very delicious. The bath was clean and I was able to relax and soothe my body, so I was satisfied.

I'm writing this a little late since I started using it about 10 months ago.If I was going to Ikaho, I was recommended to use "Fukuichi" by a senior colleague who likes to travel, but I was disappointed.I had high expectations as I had heard that the location was good and that it was a long-established inn, but the bath was lukewarm and I couldn't take a bath in the open-air bath.The staff apologized and said, ``We're sorry that the bath was lukewarm.''The bathroom and dining area were too far from my room, and I stopped taking a morning bath as it became a hassle.The breakfast buffet also has almost the same size, and there are not many types of dishes and dishes.

There were various types of welcome drinks, and the bath was spacious and I enjoyed two types of hot water with different quality. Places where you can choose shampoo, lotion, etc. are also ○. The dinner dishes were also a good amount and seasoned well. Ikaho's staircase street is also nearby, so you can take a leisurely stroll. What I particularly liked was that the staff were kind and very attentive. In particular, the woman who guided us to dinner was cheerful and added to the couple's trip. The breakfast buffet included seafood bowls and eel, and the male staff were good at recommending them, and my husband even had a second helping. This is an inn that I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity.

Ikaho Onsen for the first time in a while due to my filial piety. This time, we were taken care of by Mr. Fukuichi, who has a good reputation and can enjoy both Kogane no Yu and Shirogane no Yu.Although it felt old in some places, the rooms were clean, the employees were warm and smiling, and the dinner and breakfast were delicious. In particular, I was very comforted by the three lovely staff members in the front lobby.Unfortunately, it was raining that day, but the parking lot was nice because I was able to take my luggage in and out without getting wet inside.My parents were very satisfied and we felt refreshed as well.

This is my first time writing a review for a public place like this! We had made reservations several months in advance and were really looking forward to this day as a way to take a break from my father's illness.For the first time in many years, we were able to gather together as a family of 8 people from 3 generations (5 adults, 3 children).The location was great, with direct access to Ishidangai from the inn, the comfort of the guest rooms, the attentiveness and customer service of the staff, and especially the heartfelt customer service from the head chef himself during the breakfast buffet, which was wonderful and full of smiles. Ta!However, the person in charge at the dinner was the lowest-level female manager I've ever met (she was probably in her 20s or 30s with black-rimmed glasses; I don't remember her name, but I'm withholding her name to avoid defamation). Itadakimasu) has become one of the worst memories of my life.First, when I checked in, I was informed that the meal would last for about 2 hours. An hour before going to dinner, I noticed that the room didn't have enough yukata and slippers for the number of people, so I called, but they didn't arrive and I ended up arriving 10 minutes late for dinner at 7pm. I found this place while searching for something to enjoy with my family on a last-minute vacation.Since it was Obon and I had to make a last-minute reservation, I booked the "Kotohogi" plan, which was my last option.The customer service was perfect, the atmosphere was perfect, and the rooms were both emotional and well-cleaned.Unfortunately, the food is not good.Was Kotohogi's plan bad?This may be an unreliable opinion because I don't know the prices other than the special prices for long holidays, but the tableware, presentation, and private rooms are beautiful, especially for dinner, but the quality of the ingredients, the heat, and how well they are cooked (individuals) ) I didn't like it.I looked at past reviews and found that the food was highly rated, but my personal opinion is that the emphasis is on the appearance and atmosphere.As a long-established and for-profit company, I'm sure they are trying to prioritize things, but personally, I would like them to reduce the quantity and improve the quality.Personally, I thought it was a bit of a waste since everything else was so great.I look forward to working with you again if you have the opportunity.

I stayed in a room with a garden. I arrived before check-in time, but the staff were kind to me, and I was happy with the self-service welcome drink and snacks.The room and garden were clean and I felt very comfortable.During dinner, a young man brought the food to me and explained it to me in detail, so I had an enjoyable meal, but the smell of perfume bothered me a little.The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and there were many things I wanted to try, but I ended up getting full and regretted it (lol)The next morning, the men's and women's baths were switched in the large hot spring bath, so I was able to enjoy both.When I was leaving, I thought I could take a shortcut from the front desk to the bus stop, but when I got off to the parking lot, I got lost, and as I was wandering around, the driver of the shuttle car called out to me. I invited my older brother and his wife from Kobe to the memorial service for the first anniversary of my death, but when I went to their room in the morning, they found that the sofa was in tatters and the bed was a tatami bed, so small that it was painful.I was filled with regret.It took a long time to check in and check out, which was disappointing, unlike what I had heard before.The food was very delicious and I was very satisfied.

I'm really glad I stayed!I made a plan to leave the vacant room to Rakuten.We were given a very nice and spacious room on the upper floor.I made a reservation for the meal in advance by choosing a good menu because the portions were small.They prepared a lot of things for the celebration,It was delicious and the quantity was just right and I was very satisfied.The hot springs are open to men and women, but I had a better experience in the one closest to the elevator (Fuku no Yu?).It was spacious and comfortable, I had a choice of skincare products, and I was able to try out various hair dryers such as Dyson, Saronia, and Ionity! I was impressed.I want both hot springs to have this...There are water bottles available in the room.There are no snacks in the room to pick you up.It was fun because I could choose what I wanted in the lounge.Although I couldn't afford to use it, they had a good selection of manga.After I got home, I noticed that I had forgotten something and contacted them.The second person who answered the call immediately went looking for it and mailed it to me, which was really helpful.I'm really thankful to you.This is an inn that I would recommend to others.
