The buffet was delicious~I think it's perfect for traveling with children, but I don't think it's suitable for traveling as an adult.

My family and I stayed here for the first time in about 2 years, but it was a very disappointing stay.First of all, as soon as I opened the door to the guest room, there was a strong smell of stink bugs, and there were a lot of stink bugs near the window. The first thing I did when I entered the room was exterminate stink bugs, which was very tiring.Since the hotel is located along a mountain, I expected there to be stink bugs, but this was more than I expected (lol). The buffet meal was delicious...but please do your best.I'm sorry, but I may not be able to use it again next time.

I visited here for the first time in a while at my daughter's request as it was her grandson's hot spring debut. This time, I was able to stay in a nice room on the top floor facing the mountain because of the monitor price. My family often goes on the last day of holidays, but there are too many times when we can't use the public bath in the new building. The renovated restaurant is nice and clean, but why is the drink bar located in such a place? I thought so.There were some items on the menu that I hadn't seen before, but I felt like the previous ones were better. Also, the rice was too soft.Afterwards, the room was clean and well, and there were events that the children enjoyed, so I was generally satisfied this time as well.

As mentioned in other reviews,This is an inn where you can choose who stays. If you are considering staying overnight, please think carefully and consider which of the following categories you fall under.(The following is my subjective opinion regarding apartment-type rooms. Please refer to other people's reviews when making your decision.)・Families with children:◎→It feels like an inn that exists for children.・University student:○→I think the price is lower than the neighborhood average. If you're looking for value-oriented items, this is the place for you.・Couple in their 20s:×→If I were her, I would be shocked if she brought me here.・Couple who wants to relax in their room:×→I seriously do not recommend it. Please, please take a hot spring inn around Echigo Yuzawa, which is two stations away. I think they came here to relax.・For those who are concerned about hygiene: ×→I don't think I can handle it. I'm sure there are insects in the room. My room was filled with stink bug odor. Also, the hair and dust are amazing. I don't think I've ever vacuumed it.That's what it feels like. I hope this helps.

I stayed in a room that supports childcare. It feels like a renovated resort apartment building. There's a family mart, a fair, and events held outside, so I think it's the best hotel for families with children! Both dinner and breakfast seemed to use local produce, and were very delicious. I think it's a service that people from outside the prefecture would be happy to visit. The hot springs and sauna are good, and the new building and main building are both good.If you're packing so much into a reasonable price, you'll definitely not be able to enjoy everything in one day, so I felt like you could enjoy it to the fullest if you stayed for two nights.I would like to go there again if I have the chance.

I wish families with children would have reserved seats in the family-only section from the beginning, instead of having to choose unreserved seats. Families with children were sitting scattered all over the place, so no matter which direction you turned, there were only babies and toddlers who were struggling. The food was not at all delicious. There are many parents who just eat their meals without bothering them, and if the hotel claims to be a hotel that supports raising children, please don't mix it up with business plans or other plans that are counter-intuitive. Both are half-hearted and both guests feel uncomfortable.I happened to go into the bathroom at the same time as the baby, and there was a fussy, crying baby who wouldn't stop crying. As soon as I entered the changing room, the smell of the diapers was amazing, and the floor was also covered with urine, so it smelled really bad. Ruined for people on business or vacation. Those are the cafeteria and bathrooms of the infant school, nursery school, and kindergarten.I would not have made the reservation if the reservation page had mentioned that it was a child care support hotel.

Thank you for your help many times. As mentioned in other reviews, there are many people using this hotel with children. Not recommended for people who don't like children. When staying overnight, it may be a good idea to stagger your bathing times or use a restaurant instead of a buffet. You will stay in a grand molly or a regular Japanese-style room, but there are also steps, children's chairs, yukatas, and amenities, which are very helpful. There's also a Family Mart on the first floor, so don't worry. There was also an area outside where you could play with striders and swings.Viking is also very convenient as you can order alcohol and baby food from your smartphone!Since it was during the Autumn event, there was also a treasure hunt and fair events, which the children were very excited about. In particular, the staff at the fair was wonderful.I wasn't able to use Fuwafuwa Dome due to the rain that night, so I'll be visiting again during the event!Thank you very much for your help. I'm going to visit again with my family!
