It's close to the station, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets around. The staff made a very good impression and I would like to use them again next time.

Customer business is tough.Even though it's the customer's fault, we have to bow down.People complain about it even though it can't be helped due to the structure of the building.What's more, even though I'm trying to make breakfast on a limited budget, people still complain about it.I was able to spend my time without any inconvenience.The view was nice and the room had chairs and a table so I could relax.Breakfast wasn't too bad considering the cost of the stay, and I could see that the front desk staff were doing their best to keep guests waiting.I will use it again on my Niigata trip next year.

The location and service were good.I used it for a live performance at Toki Messe, and it's close to the station and the Kami temporary bus stop.For breakfast, there are bento boxes for those in a hurry, and you can also eat Yasuda yogurt🍓.At the end of the breakfast service, the staff will line up in a line to greet you and leave you. It's hard to make a reservation, but I'll use it next time ^ ^

I am a member of Toyoko Inn!I always use Toyoko Inn when I go on road trips or business trips ✊🏻 ̖́-This time I stayed for a live performance at Toki Messe.The location is perfect,It's close to the side of Niigata station ✨Unlike other Toyoko Inns, the hotel is located above the 4th floor of the building, and you can take the elevator up to the 4th floor☝️The lobby was very large and there were three automatic check-in machines.There are also two elevators, soYou can go to your room floor without getting too crowded or waiting.On this day, the rooms were full and there were many guests, so in order to avoid congestion, members were supposed to check in at 3pm, but they guided us to check in from the rooms that had been cleaned and were ready.It was great that they were able to respond flexibly to the situation✨Also, the location is so good,It was a Sunday and the single room was priced at just under 7,000 yen, so the cost performance was great 👏✨It's not a new building by any means.I thought the room would be small because it's in front of the station,There was enough space for the carrier to spread out, and it was spacious!!The TV was large and felt like it was occupying the desk, but since I wasn't here for business, it wasn't a problem.My only regret is that the cleaning of the bathroom was a bit sloppy.It doesn't come out well in photos, butThere was dullness and dirt in the bathtub that couldn't be washed out... The location is very good and convenient, right in front of the station (Royal Host and Lawson are also downstairs).I'm a member of Toyoko Inn, so I've stayed at many places. However, since it was my first time there, I didn't know where to go to the front desk.If you enter from the Royal Host side and take the immediate elevator, you can go to the front desk on the 4th floor.For breakfast, if you didn't leave in plenty of time, there was a long line outside. The tableware return door is at the back, with food in between, so it's difficult to pass (you'll overlap people waiting for coffee or drinks).It may not be in the best interest of the customers, as it is arranged to take the labor of the workers into consideration. Wouldn't it be better to think about it a little?When I asked the front desk staff about the shops at the station, they brought me a map and gave me an easy-to-understand explanation.
