It was a small, two-story inn with only four private rooms. The room is very clean, and the paid whiskeys are in mini bottles and are very cute. The amenities are also great. The hair care products in our room are from Ferragamo, and even though I only use conditioner, my hair is smooth and shiny!Meals are served in your room. It's luxurious and has a lot of items. He was very particular about the way he cooked the Koshihikari rice from Uonuma, and it was absolutely delicious. That's about it for the price, but it was delicious.Breakfast is Koshihikari rice cooked in an earthenware pot. It would be nice if you could reduce the number of rice accompaniments a little and upgrade the desserts etc.The disappointing thing is that when you open the window of your room, you see a pond. Does it smell like water? It was very smelly.My family got sick, so I closed the windows and the open-air bath in the room smelled so fishy that I couldn't even enter it. The value of the room has been halved...This one point alone makes me feel like it's a waste to pay.We ask that you please take care of your pond maintenance. I hope you read this.

I visited by car. As soon as I entered the parking lot, I was greeted by the staff (high praise). I was told that I should bring any large luggage with me, but since I didn't have a trolley and was very thin, I declined. I think the elderly would be happy if you could consider ways to reduce the number of items by 5-6 and improve the quality of the ingredients (sorry, chef).When I checked out, a person who "didn't really understand Japanese" came to my room and settled the bathing tax. When I looked at my car in the parking lot to load my luggage, there was bird droppings all over the roof and front. It was quite sticky, so I sprayed a large amount of the cleaning agent I had in the trunk and wiped it off (I lost a lot of points).It's within easy walking distance from CoColo, which is located inside Echigo-Yuzawa Station, so it was convenient for purchasing souvenirs.Overall, it was an inn where I wasn't sure if it was selling food, hot springs, amenities, or being close to the station.

The facilities and service were good, but all rooms were non-smoking and even though there was a smoking area, there was a smell of cigarettes coming from next door. Since there was no particular guidance, I would like to be given proper guidance at check-in. I often smelled cigarettes while using the open-air bath. I also think it would be perfect if the water surface around the open-air bath was cleaned more thoroughly.

Room types with indoor hot springs are the best, especially the dinner is very delicious and worth visiting for those who go to Echigo Yuzawa. The lobster sashimi, melt-in-your-mouth statue and wagyu tuna belly are even more rare.

Stayed in a maisonette type room.Personally, I found it a calming space.The room was spacious and open, the internet connection was sufficient, and I could access most of Netflix and Youtube through the internet TV.The waterside space outside the window was full of negative ions, which made me feel very relaxed.The open-air bath is built into the waterside space, and is quite unique.The temperature of the hot spring source seems to change depending on the day, and when I stayed there, it was too hot, so I had to add water to dilute it.The food was generally delicious. A wide variety of items and satisfying content. I was impressed by how sweet the new rice was. The service was also very good, but it was clearly understaffed, and there were a couple of times when I called them and they didn't answer...I guess it can't be helped in this day and age.The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from Echigo Yuzawa Station, but there is an old apartment building right next to the property, so I thought it was close enough that I was a little concerned about the line of sight.
