The cooking is done by the husband, and the sweets are made by his wife. After receiving welcome sweets and tea, we decided on a time to take a bath. (It seems that reservations are required after the coronavirus)The long-awaited meal consisted mainly of seafood dishes. I had only eaten fried rockfish before, but it was stone-grilled and the meat was fluffy. The dessert was also very delicious. I was surprised that the breakfast included squid sashimi. I'm very satisfied.

"Very satisfied with this conscientious inn"My husband and I visited here. Although the inn was built a while ago, it was well-built and clean, so I was able to relax. The landlady was kind and thorough in guiding us around the inn and explaining the cuisine. We had time until dinner to take a walk around the town of Toi, passing through the narrow alleys to the coast where we could see a beautiful sunset! At Matsubara Park, the Toi cherry blossoms were starting to bloom. Dinner was filled with hearty and delicious food. The hot springs were reserved for private use for 45 minutes to warm up the temperature to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. This is a ryokan that I would like to visit again.

The previous one had a nostalgic smell, but when you enter the room, that smell is no good. I think the food was a little below average, with no particularly good food. The proprietress serves the meals and takes them down all by herself with a smile, and there are no issues with her service, but the customer service industry needs to improve, such as the stains on the sliding doors and the dirt on the walls. The only bath I had was a rotating reservation system, so I didn't have to meet other travelers, and I didn't meet other guests until I checked out. It's ⭐️5 that you don't have to share with other guests in a relatively hot hot spring with natural hot spring water.

I think the customer service and food are perfect for this price. The facility is about 100 years old, so it can't be helped that it's showing its age. The bath and toilet in the room had been renovated and there were no problems. The public bath was open to guests in the morning and evening, allowing them to take a leisurely bath in the morning and evening.

There's a nostalgic smell when you enter the front door. It was an inn that reminded me of the Showa era.During this coronavirus pandemic, we are very grateful for the in-room dining option. It was full of volume, including stewed red sea bream, steamed rockfish, and sashimi. Abalone dance grilling is the luxury of grilling live abalone. I was able to enjoy dinner leisurely.Breakfast is also full of volume, including dried horse mackerel and hot eggs. Desserts are available for both breakfast and dinner, making it a great value. The hot springs are private, so you can relax. There are separate men's and women's baths, and you can take a bath even at night, so you have a lot of freedom. What caught my attention was the room. The room itself was very clean and I felt safe, but there was a unique smell in the room that bothered me every time I entered the room. There were stains on the sliding doors, and I felt a little disillusioned. It might be a good idea to replace it.Nakai-san's response was very detailed and made me feel comfortable. This time I visited with my wife, but next time I would like to visit with my friends.Thank you.

The scenery in Nishi-Izu is completely different from that in Higashi-Izu. I felt it was well worth it as you can enjoy hot springs and fish dishes at this price. However, there isn't much to do other than hot springs and food, so it's best to take a drive, enjoy the scenery, arrive around 5:00, take a hot spring, and have some food. We recommend arriving later than we did so that you don't end up arriving at 3 o'clock with nothing to do and the TV in your room.

It really feels like an old-fashioned inn.The facility looks old, but that's a good thing.Meals are served in your room and the hostess serves delicious dishes. The bathhouse is reserved twice, once in the evening and once in the morning, but you can have the hot spring all to yourself.I hardly met any other guests during my stay, and I only saw them briefly when I checked out, so the measures against the coronavirus are perfect.
