One of the best places I've ever stayed. Yes, it's a little further away from the old town, but it's totally worth it. Clean rooms, swimming pool and great breakfast. What to say about the staff? Incredible! Angoon is so attentive and helpful. you have to know this place!

We stayed 6 days in this very beautiful hotel. The welcome is exceptional, the rooms are perfect. There are plenty of small restaurants nearby. The swimming pool is perfect for children.The owner can take care of your transfers at competitive prices.He responded to all our requests.Breakfasts are perfect to start the dayWe hope to be able to come back to enjoy your smile.

The owner of this hotel, Angoon, is made to work in tourism. He is very welcoming, kind and attentive. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are large, the included breakfast is very good. Really, I recommend this hotel in Chiang Mai

Great little place to stay in Chaing Mai.Annomm and his family welcomed us with open arms, providing us with a list of activities to do around Chiang Mai, within walking distance and further afield.They were very attentive and provided for various dietary requirements at breakfast too.The room was clean, great air conditioning, and curtains that blocked the light.Yes it’s not in the centre of the city, but that meant it was nice and quiet but it is possible to walk to locations.We would come back in a heartbeat.

GREAT hotel ! The place is rather new, it's clean (the rooms can be cleaned everyday if you desire) and comfortable.It's quite far from the center, but the neighborhood is super nice. Lots of small cafés, restaurants, and a 7-eleven. You can rent a motorbike directly from the hotel (at a cheap price !) and go around as desired.You can have breakfast everyday with a choice of 5 different dishes ! Coffee, tea and water available for free 24/7.And last but not least : the owner Angoon is the best !!! Always available, super convenient, super nice, super friendly, and always make sure everything is perfect for you (if you ask, he won't bother you if you don't need him).Go for it !

Good place. Bunk beds in rooms of 4 separated by conglomerate wood that always provides extra privacy compared to curtains. Pool! An extra that few Hostels can boast of. A very attentive and friendly host. Breakfast included. A good shared bathroom. Air conditioning in the room and a small balcony with views of the street which is always appreciated. In the same hotel you have a lot of activities and tours to hire.
