Stayed for two nights, good location, cleanliness, staff no problems, most of the staff and customers other than the front desk were Indonesian. What's wrong with the bottom of the bed and the dust on the desk?I want to go even if it's a 5 star hotel. Are there any other twin beds in the 5,000 yen range? Coin parking 2 minutes walk away for 330 yen per night! Meriken Park, Nankinmachi, Sannomiya, and Harborland are all within walking distance, the best value for money

Used for business trips. The customer service attitude at the front desk was under pressure, so the customer service was ▲. It felt like I was looking at it from above. I think it depends on the staff. There is no smoking room or smoking space, so it may be difficult for smokers to use it.The elevators require card key authentication, so it may be good for security, especially for women. The room is average. Air conditioner equipment is a little bad. There are many restaurants and pubs nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding dinner.

My family and I took two rooms, but the twin room smelled of sewage and was very smelly, so we had to change rooms. There were glasses in the twin room, but there were only mugs in the double room and no glasses, so I called the front desk and asked, but they said they only had mugs, but they had them in the twin room? When I said that, he reluctantly brought it to me, but then I was told as an excuse that the facilities were different depending on the room. The equipment may be different depending on the room, but every room probably has a glass. This was the first hotel I've ever stayed in that had a room without glasses.Maybe you just said it because it was a hassle to bring it, but can't you think that if you say that, you'll feel uncomfortable? Do I need to say things that don't need to be said?Looking at other people's reviews, it seems that the cleaning was not done well, so there is a high possibility that they forgot to refill the glass.Breakfast is Indian Nepalese food, which is tough for people who don't like spicy food, and there are many things that children can't eat.I think you should think about the service a little more. The only thing I was satisfied with was the location! I will never stay there again.

The location is very nice as you can walk to Chinatown, but the desk and shelves in the room were full of dust, which was the worst for me, who has a house dust allergy.I can see that it hasn't been cleaned for weeks, not just a day or two.I can't trust that kind of cleaning, so I cleaned the toilet myself and washed the sink cup before using it.I hope you didn't clean that area with the toilet brush...

Staying at HOTEL Miracle Kobe Motomachi, the hotel is quite satisfactory. After all, small rooms are the norm in Japan! But the strange thing is that the breakfast is Indian food. I have traveled most of Japan and this is the first time I encountered it😄Also, you are not allowed to smoke outside the hotel, and there is no smoking room inside the hotel😄The beach not far away is suitable for a dusk walk🚶

I stayed with my family of 4. Since I was in a hurry, I searched from my current location to find a place that was cheap and had a parking lot, and I happened to come here. It was stated that children under elementary school age could sleep in the same bed free of charge, but when we arrived, there were 3 beds, although one was an extra bed! In the photo of the room posted on the website, there was a glimpse of three beds, but I wasn't expecting that, but it turned out to be a miscalculation. It's already cheap at 7,100 yen + 2,000 yen for parking for 4 people, but should I hand over a towel for the younger child at check-in? Oh, I received small toys for two children...Is it possible to make a profit at such a price...? I was humbled. Also, the location is great. Every time I go to Nankinmachi, I want to stay here and then go home lol. At night, I went for a walk and walked towards the port tower, and I could even go to the mosaic.

It was conveniently located, 5 minutes walk from JR Motomachi Station and 3 minutes walk from Nankinmachi. I was able to walk to the port tower and mosaic. The room was a standard twin, 18 square meters in size, and was comfortable enough. Breakfast was Indian food.
