I stayed there after the Obon holidays. The air conditioner is full of mold and the outside BBQ stove is also full of mold.Even though I haven't used it, it's as dirty as after I used it.There are places where you can see that there are worn-out sponges. There were many. Perhaps because of the bicycles at the entrance, the smell of rubber and oil filled the air as soon as I opened the door...I don't know if it was meant to be a blindfold, but the grass in the garden was different from the one in the photo, and there were a lot of horseflies.I was told that I could use as much sup as I wanted, but I couldn't use it because there was no air in it. After that, I had the impression that the receptionist's response was not very good...Since I have a child who is 0 years old (5 months) at the time of reservation, the price isI sent a question about whether it would take a long time, but no reply was received.I was not able to receive it and was asked to pay on the same day.I was waiting at the reception desk to confirm again.Passed in front of me many times and was ignored by someone higher up.I was told that they would check and contact me in the morning, but nothing happened. There was no specific explanation regarding breakfast time...I have to walk to the parking lot again. It was raining and I didn't have an umbrella.About 1 bottle when breakfast is deliveredI thought it would be nice if you could lend it to me...I think it would be convenient if there was a parking lot next door!..The location is not bad as the sea is right in front of you.I thought it was very wasteful...Breakfast was very delicious 🙆🏻‍♀️..Thank you for your help.

There were plenty of tableware and home appliances, so I was able to spend a comfortable time.Roomba didn't start and it seemed like I needed to clean the dust box.I think it was a shame because I didn't have any other tools to clean it.

You can access the beach directly from the terrace of the villa, and there is also a barbecue set, which will melt your heart. The interior was clean and spacious, so even with a large number of people there was no stress. The jacuzzi was great! !

The winter sea was so beautiful, and it was the perfect holiday to sleep while listening to the soothing sound of the waves. The living room and bedroom are separated on both the 1st and 2nd floors.Since there were only 2 of us, we had a bit too much space, but it's spacious enough for 6 people. All rooms have large windows and a feeling of openness. What I particularly liked was the open-air jacuzzi bath.I could see a beautiful moon from the jacuzzi at night, and I took a long bath thinking I wanted to stay here forever.I was impressed by how convenient it was to go directly from the beach to the shower and jacuzzi after activities. We have more than enough tableware and equipment.Even beginners could easily enjoy BBQ, and the kitchen and terrace were clean.Since it was winter, I didn't do any activities and just relaxed and watched the sunset in Nishiizu.I love hotels and inns, but having a private space where you can freely spend time without worrying about anyone watching is...It's nice to feel more out of the ordinary. The interior was stylish and my husband said he wanted a house like this.We will also use it during the warmer months! The staff at the reception were also very nice.

This time I rented it as a base for a fishing trip. The location and view are perfect! When I checked in, I was asked to write something like a pledge, but I thought some people were using it quite roughly. I had to separate my garbage, but I had forgotten about the pledge, so I separated it into combustibles, plastics, pets, and cans and threw them away. I was worried about insects and odors if I left the garbage out, so I brought some colander nets with me, which was the right thing to do.I threw away the garbage every time I cooked, so I didn't have to worry about the smell of the fish I was cooking. It didn't bother me. I thought I didn't have saran wrap, aluminum foil, or a gas stove, but I did find them, just for your information. The room was clean and well-cleaned. The bed was so comfortable that I overslept until almost noon every day lol The whole family will come back to Blue Ark again! I swore! !

There isn't parking space at the villa, so we had to park at the main hotel about 30 seconds on foot from the villa. It was a beautiful walk. The villa has two floors, which doesn't look big from the outside. The inside had a great layout that was wonderful for my group of 5. The outdoor jacuzzi tub was impressive and surprising. There is an indoor bathtub, too. The personnel at the main hotel treated us very well. I would definitely love to return some day. Also, the villa is close to an AEON Express and the port where you can catch the Toi-Shimizu ferry.
