I used it as a drop-in bath. The equipment is old. You can take a hot spring bath from 7am.

I used it for a day trip bath. To be honest, it was an old facility and it was a bit inconvenient, but the hot springs were fed directly from the source and felt great!

It was 8,800 yen for one night and two meals.I was surprised that I could stay at Lake Akan Onsen for this price. The meals don't come with expensive items, but they are carefully prepared within your budget. The rooms have been thoroughly renovated and are clean, but the bathrooms and toilets are showing signs of age. The baths are fed by hot spring water, so you can take a bath even at night. There was a convenience store about a 3 minute walk away. Accommodations around Lake Akan are ridiculously expensive, so if you're on a budget and can put up with a few inconveniences, we highly recommend staying here. If the number of users increases, the bath and toilet should also be renovated. The first boat on the Lake Akan pleasure boat leaves at 8am, so we recommend that you leave your luggage there and then board the pleasure boat.

This is the cheapest inn in the Akan Lake area. 8000 yen including 2 meals. The whole place is old, but the bath especially feels old. Dinner is not luxurious, but it is enough for a solo traveler. However, there was no air conditioning, so it was a small room and it was quite hot in August. Also,

Breakfast was delicious. The room had a fan instead of air conditioning. The bathroom had 2 showers, 3 washrooms, and 5 washrooms. It was difficult to control the temperature of the shower, so it was sometimes cold and sometimes hot water came out.I think it would be very convenient since there was no shelf to store bath supplies. The hot water coming out of the shower had a rusty smell. At first I thought it was a hot spring smell, but the water in the bathtub didn't smell like rust. The employees were kind and courteous.

There is antiquity everywhere...Looking at the equipment, I think it was built around 1980.It will probably be rebuilt soon.Well, let's go to evaluation. The bath is a little hot, which is good for me personally.I went in alone at 10pm, but it felt indescribably eerie (lol). I opened the door without realizing it was a warehouse, and a warm breeze came from inside the pitch-black room, sending chills down my spine. The room is clean with tatami mats. No air conditioner.I want a window air conditioner. There's a Lawson nearby so you'll have plenty of food. There are some izakaya (izakaya), but most of them are restaurants that mainly serve ramen and rice bowl dishes rather than izakaya.
