I used it for live participation.I chose this hotel because it uses purified water. I'm particular about water, and I couldn't go wrong. Your skin is smooth. It was close to the subway, so even I, who has no sense of direction, was able to get there without getting lost. The staff also seemed very kind and polite.I would like to use it again when I go on an expedition to Tokyo.

The hotel ist located close to the Akasaka-Station. The rooms are not so big but for one night it is absolutely okay. The room is clean the bed ist comfortable, we like it.The only thing which was really annoying is the silly check in machine. To be honest this machine makes things only complicated and is absolutely unnecessary. We booked from oversea website one single room one double room and gave all informations correctly. However the reservation was chaotic.I did reservation but it was my friends name registered for reservation and so on.... , we saw it at the display from the machine. We had to change everything. We also needed seperate payment and two seperate invoice which was not possible via check in machine. At the end the staff from hotel did it '' the old way'' and so we will get it later.Because my friend has no credit card he was able to do payment in cash but the hotel prefers credit card, something if very uncommon for japan, i think. We have to say the staff was very friendly and did his best, he was a joung polite man, thank you very much :)So maybe just put the silly check in machine away and let the man do his job, this would be waaaay more easy 🥰👏

Very good location directly across the street from Akasaka subway station. Neighborhood is dynamic with lots of bars, restaurants and convenience stores. Rooms are typical size for Tokyo, efficient and clean. Coffee shop is good with pastries, sandwiches and salads. Very reasonable room rates especially if you download the hotel app. Check in and out is quick and efficient. I will definitely return, highly recommended.
