The location is very good. It is very convenient to get to Sensoji Temple and Ueno. The room is comfortable. It is highly recommended. I will book again if I have the opportunity to come in the future.

It's not very far from Ueno Station. I walked around Ueno Park and went to eat at the restaurant street. The house is conveniently located and easy to get to the airport. The price is cheaper than ordinary hotels. It has furniture and appliances. Where is the room? Bigger than a hotel, cost-effective, very good

The room is very clean, tidy and bright, and the transportation is convenient. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the supermarket and subway station. Very suitable for family travel, one large bed and one medium bed.

Having spent 3 weeks in Japan at accommodation rating from 2 to 5 star we found that overall accomodation in Japan was pretty good but you still got what you paid for in most cases.As our criteria for accomodation was for it to be a comfortable night sleep convenient to things we wanted to see and easy to get in and out, this place ticked all the boxes.With 5 adults we needed room to move (tick), comfy beds (tick), ability to wash clothes after touring for 3 weeks (tick), walking distance to some great food and shopping (tick), close to trains (tick).We could have paid more to be closer to the centre of Tokyo but there are so many places to see nearby and so easy to get around, so saving a few dollars meant we could spend more on food and last minute shopping.To really enjoy Japan, don't just stay in a hotel, live a little and enjoy being able to understand more about how the locals live.Highly recommend for a group of friends or family.
