The kaiseki cuisine, which had an autumn atmosphere, was a luxurious way to enjoy the colors of the season and the flavors of the ingredients. Starting with plum wine as an aperitif, each dish is delicately and beautifully presented, such as appetizers such as grilled abalone cheese and crab fukugisa egg. In particular, the bowl of conger kudzu pounded conger eel has the scent of matsutake mushrooms, making you feel the depth of autumn. Boiled red sea bream has a sweet and salty flavor and has become a specialty of Izu. The specially selected beef fillet grilled on a ceramic platter goes perfectly with the sesame sauce, and the local chicken and mushroom kamameshi (pot rice) at the end brings out the seasonal flavor. At the end of the meal, the seasonal fruits and chestnut zenzai were mildly sweet and perfect for ending the meal.

It was a sudden trip, but it didn't feel expensive and it was great. The food was delicious and the open-air bath surrounded by the sound of the river was soothing. This is an inn I'd like to stay at again.

The grounds are large and the garden itself is well-maintained, and there is also an adjacent free lounge and bakery, so it's worth seeing. One of the selling points of this place is that not only can you take a bath after checking in, but you can also enjoy the time until dinner! The staff were always smiling and welcomed us warmly. He was very attentive even during breakfast and dinner.Of course, the food was delicious and satisfying. Then, take a relaxing bath in a semi-open-air bath that you can take at any time you like, surrounded by green trees in front of you, and listening to the murmuring of the stream below. It's very soothing. Then, with a suggestion from the front desk,There is a walking course on the grounds that you can walk around in about 40 minutes using rental shoes. On sunny days, you can enjoy the Mt. Fuji view point along the way. (Due to the time we checked in and our schedule for the next morning, we kindly declined your request (>_<))I have plenty of time,And if you want to relax and feel refreshed while enjoying nature, this inn is the place where you won't get bored even for a 2-night stay! !I would definitely like to do that next time I have the opportunity.

I think the food is number one among the group.Personally, I feel that the head chef has great taste. Also, the spa's customer service and treatment techniques are amazing!★Do you have a limited number of employees? There are some regrettable responses and attitudes. That's the only negative point.

The food was delicious, the staff had good service, and the room was clean and very nice. The semi-open-air bath was very nice.Once the weather gets cooler, the leaves will change color and I think the scenery will be even more enjoyable. I would like to come again in a different season.
