The hotel stipulates that the check-out time is 10 am. When I asked about Late check-out for one hour when I checked in, the hotel said that extra money would be required. On the day of check out, I took my luggage to the counter early and asked if it could be stored. I went to buy something nearby and came back immediately. It also explained that another tenant would come to check out before 10 o'clock. The hotel replied that they could store the luggage, but if they didn't pick it up before 10 o'clock, they would be charged.

This was my first time visiting Japan and my stay here with my family was wonderful. The front desk staffs and the housekeeping staffs exceeded our expectations. They were extremely kind, respectful and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. They made us feel comfortable. The luggage forwarding process was so simple. They had a coffee machine and tea daily. It was convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommended staying here to be near the Asakusa station and the temple. Thank you so much for everything. I will stay here again in the future.

Pros:- Very clean- Polite staff- Good location- Bathroom is nice (but small)- Placed "Do not disturb" so staff placed extra towels/water in front of door- Nice room tatami styleCons:- Floor light in room doesn't turn off- Blinds/shutters block very little light- Toilet seat heating can't be turned off- Beds are very hard- Pillows are very hard (rice pillows), they can be changed to slightly better pillows- Room is small, no place for luggage- Your keycard is used to keep ac/lights/power on, so even stepping out for a bit disables AC or anything charging and you always come back to a hot room- No room safe- 10 am checkout is pretty early (you can leave your luggage in lobby for a bit longer though)Neutral:- Laundry is paid- No seating area in lobby (limited space)Space in general is extremely limited, but this might just be Japanese hotels

Good for sightseeing in Asakusa Sensoji Temple and Sky Tree. You can go to Tokyo Station by one Toei bus, and you can also go to Nippori Station on the Yamanote Line by one Toei bus. It's in a residential area so it's very quiet.

Room is clean, but staff is rude ☹️. Main issue, they do not have any common area to sit whether inside the lobby, nor benches outside of the hotel, nor balconies ☹️☹️☹️ I booked a room with my dad & he injured his arm & slept early, but my work was in the U.S, so because of the time zone difference, I had to stay up late to process some work. However, I cannot find any area to sit outside my room angry 😡 They locked up the coffee room at night despite so many guests staying up late & still very active at night (just like me). I then tried to sit in one of the open small balcony but their staff came right up to pull me out 😠 I then asked where can I sit because the only place left was the laundry room & people have to come in & out to wash their clothes, so I don’t want to take up their space + it was too noisy for work. I then ask if I can sit in a hidden corner by the hallway but then he said I can only sit 10 minutes because all other guests were sleeping???? (i already explained I only need to be oon email & my phone, no phone calls, no talking, not even pulling in & put any charger or my laptop, but they still had such a confused policy…???? 😤 well it he’s worry about it noises, the laundry room with the guests coming in & out are much noisier. Facilities seem nice but I’ll probably never come back again 😤😤😤P.S: It was about 12 midnight, and I’m a young female so I wouldn’t want to walk outside to find a cafe. It just was so unsafe. Plus no quiet coffee really opened anyway, only bars or restaurants. I ended up sitting on the floor of the laundry room with people walking in & out 😤
