Room environment ★★★☆☆▶︎Not bad or badCustomer service ★★★★☆▶︎ Averagely goodWiFi environment ★☆☆☆☆▶︎It doesn't connect at all. No improvement measures. I can't use my smartphone while lazing around on my futon. Stressful because it only connects near the door near the hallway

Although it was a bit of a walk from Yubatake, the staff were very kind and it was a good accommodation.

Surrounded by a calm natural environment, we had a comfortable stay! !The facilities themselves, such as saunas, hot springs, and massages, were well-equipped and soothed both body and mind. The hospitality of the staff was wonderful and I would like to visit again! !The disadvantage is that it's a little far from home, but I can't help it because I want to go there! !

This was my first time staying at an inn, and it was a very beautiful inn, and it was located in a busy area. It's close to Yubatake, and since it's Kusatsu, I was able to bathe in a natural hot spring with good quality ♨️The staff were very kind and I would definitely stay here again 😊

A really nice comfortable guest house a short walk from the main town. It’s a very modern building unlike the previous review suggests with lots of nice quirks. The onsen is small but clean and refreshing. The owner is very welcoming, kind and patient. The bed is quite comfortable and the rooms are very large for the price.Overall, a very nice place to stay and highly recommended.

It is quite a distance from Kusatsu Yubatake. I can't walk. The area around Yubatake is narrow and crowded, so it is best not to go there by car. There's no place to put it.The room was very spacious and clean, and the surroundings were quiet and relaxing.Breakfast was deliciousThe hot springs were also good.It was a good stay for the cost performance.

Thank you for staying with us for two nights in August 2022. The building itself is obviously old, but overall it was kept clean and we had a very good stay.・Room: Quite spacious, and the kids are very happy in the loft. Equipped with shower toilet, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, air conditioner, and safe. For consecutive nights, there will be no cleaning in between, but towels and yukata changes will be provided for each person. Amenities such as toothbrushes are available for a fee, so it is recommended that you bring your own. Sound insulation from the hallway may be a little lacking. Also, be careful as the Wi-Fi signal is weak.・Meals: As everyone has said, it's a little less, but I think it's a good idea from the perspective of food waste. For dinner, you get unlimited refills of bread for free, and for breakfast, rice is served with rice, so you can adjust accordingly.・Bathroom: It's true that it's not that big (especially the open-air bath), but since there aren't many rooms in the first place, which means there aren't many people, it wasn't a problem at all. By shifting the timing when we met, we were able to enjoy it as if it were reserved exclusively. Hot springs are the best.・Location/Facilities: It's within walking distance to the center (Yubatake, etc.), but there are quite a few differences in elevation (it's hard to see on the map...), so do your best. The journey will be downhill, and the return trip to the hotel will be uphill. It's a small facility, so it was great that I didn't have to walk around to take a bath or eat.*Some parts of the iron plate on the sidewalk leading from the parking lot to the entrance were warped, and I thought it was dangerous, especially for small children and the elderly. This is the only place I would like to see repaired.・Service: All the staff were kind and pleasant. I was surprised that all the foreign staff spoke Japanese well. However, since it is run by a very small number of people, I think that if you take care of the customers, everyone will be happy.I don't think I'm someone who really pays attention to details, but I hope this helps. The cost performance was excellent and I really liked it, so I would like to use it again.

I visited on a day when the temperature could have been 40 degrees in my hometown, but it was very cool ☺ The staff's response 🙆 Breakfast is Japanese...I don't eat much in the morning, so I would have been happy if I could adjust the amount.

This is my regular lodging in Kusatsu. The hot springs are good, and the food is moderate and satisfying.

There aren't many rooms and you don't get to meet many people. The open-air bath is small, but the hot spring water makes your skin smooth and feels great. It's close to Yubatake, the price is reasonable, and the maisonette is spacious and comfortable.
