The first floor has a living room, kitchen, and bath, and the second floor has one bedroom with a bed and two Japanese-style rooms.The building is new, so it's relatively clean, but as soon as I arrived, I was disappointed that it wasn't cleaned properly. There is dirt behind the toilet seat and inside the toilet bowl, and the area around the stove remains dirty. Moreover, if you ask the management to clean the room during your stay, they will charge you 10,000 yen. I understand that there is a charge for cleaning because it is a private lodging, but the quality is questionable considering the price. I also felt that the customer service was poor, as the vacuum cleaner filter was full of dirt, and when I requested a replacement filter, I received the wrong one. I get the impression that the building was built with a lot of cost savings, and the bedroom door was poorly installed and wouldn't close. This time, I stayed at a hotel cheaper than the normal price amidst the coronavirus pandemic, but I feel that the normal price is set quite high for foreigners.
