I booked a room with two separate beds. I even requested and received an email confirmation of a room with two separate beds. When we arrived there, the staff gave us the keys to a room with only one bed, when we returned to reception to show proof of our reservation with the email “they don’t know how to do anything” according to them. You have to threaten to file a complaint with the consulate in order to have a solution (that of being reimbursed). The hotel is certainly well positioned but if you have a problem do not count on customer service to help you

First the good: it is relatively well connected for its price. Although it said it was not included, they gave us breakfast vouchers for each day. You also have umbrellas at the entrance in case it rains. Now the bad thing: the service is very regular, there are always young guys at reception who spend more time playing pool than working. And the cleaning, it is a VERY dirty place. In our room, right when we entered, there were DOZENS of other people's long hairs all over the floor on the carpet. They only clean when you leave. We spent 15 days and they didn't come in to clean even once. Of course, the cleaning women came in every time they passed by the apartment, but when they saw that we were still there, they closed the door and left. Don't reception know when we're leaving? Why then do they come in every day?On the 2nd floor there is a washer and dryer, and public onsen baths.

Last day's short stayI have indeed encountered the problem of air-conditioning noise that others have encountered. There are also various noises in the corridor (probably all due to the air-conditioning problem)The room is carpeted but I haven't encountered anyone else with the same garbage as the previous group. There are towels and bath towels in the room. There is no water or water dispenser, but there is a hot water kettle. The pool table was also covered, but the bathhouse was hardly used (we stayed on a Saturday night)My travel companion seems to be itchy in the morning

Although the counter staff tried their best to deal with it, they still could not solve the problem of noise caused by the operation of the air conditioner in the room and the overheating of the room. The response was shocking: I was advised to give me ear plugs. If I plug them in, I will not be able to hear the sound. But if the earplugs plug up the ears, will the air conditioner be cold? Unable to sleep all night, uncomfortable accommodation experience...

Tourists! You should wash your all body at first, before go into the bathtub.I have seen one Indian who was wearing a shorts. He went into the bathtub, without washing his body. Here is not Indus River…lolThere are more foreigners from India, Pakistan, China, and Korea than from Western countries. There is no shower room, but there is a public bath on the second floor, but as there are no warnings for foreigners, there are a lot of people who soak in the bathtub and scrub themselves thoroughly without washing themselves. One Indian man jumped into the bathtub without washing himself, wearing only his pants.“Is this the Ganges River?”A rowdy young Korean man struts around the changing room soaking wet, and the floor is soaked with water.Even if you say "Hi!" to him, he just glares at you.Since we're in the changing room and bathroom, where we're both unprotected, let's just say hello. In a public bath like this, it would be much better to have multiple private shower rooms. An Indian man (?) calls loudly in his dormitory bed at 11pm.I was afraid of getting in trouble, so the front desk staff warned me to go to the lobby if I wanted to make a phone call. But at 7 the next morning, the same guy was doing the same thing. The facilities are pretty good, with air conditioning in the changing room and washroom. However, the cleaning was sloppy and the dormitory room and toilet were full of trash and hair. There were no bed bugs under the mattress, but there was someone's old cotton swabs, disposable contact lenses, and hair all over. It's a cheap hotel, so it can't be helped that there are some foreigners with low standards of citizenship. .
