The hotel itself was very cute. The room we had was on the smaller side, we are not used to Japanese size rooms (we’re from Canada, I think this room was 24 square meters) so that was a bit of an adjustment travelling with a toddler. But her travel crib fit perfect in our room. It was so nice to have a little balcony, we could sit outside while she was napping. I booked this room for the outdoor tub, it was super deep but very short. It was still nice and relaxing. The staff were so kind and accommodating. A diaper pail, extra towels and baby soap were provided for our toddler. We were allowed to store our stroller at the reception area so it didn’t take up space in our room. They helped us with breakfast reservations, luggage forwarding and called a taxi for us. Even though you have to reserve a time for breakfast (the restaurant is small, I get it) I was able to message the hotel at 3am - our daughter was very jet lagged, and change the time of our breakfast no problem. Great location! I would stay here again but upgrade to a larger size room.

What the most incredible hotel to stay at in Tokyo. All the details are top tier, and made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast was out of this world!!! We tried both “western” and “traditional” breakfast, and we couldn’t have been happier with both, they were truly outstanding. The room was small, normal in most hotel rooms here, but was very comfortable. The shower / tub room felt so elegant and perfect to relax after long days.Recommend this hotel to everyone!

Six of us booked 3 rooms and stayed for 5 nights. The one double bed room was small, but perhaps not by Tokyo standard. All amenities are great, rooms are all clean and comfortable and stylishly designed. I would say the rooms are slightly overpriced. Overall a good experience.

Such a cute property, with lovely staff and clean modern style Japanese rooms. We had the double room, which could be a bit too small for some people but for 2 nights it was perfect for us. We loved the location, a short walk to Senso-Ji and Imado shrine and across to the sky tree. Also loved the free tea, coffee and iced lemon water!

The room was very clean and all the fixtures were like new. We enjoyed the waterfall shower and open air bath with the bath salt amenity. The free infused water and tea in the lobby were nice as well. Even on the days we didn't ask for room cleaning, they dropped off clean towels and new water bottles at our entryway. They store luggage if you need it, and offer free umbrellas to borrow, which we took advantage of.It was a somewhat short walk to Asakusa station and Sensouji. It's across the street from a riverside park where you have a great shot of Skytree. They sell discounted tickets for skytree in the lobby as well. The Japanese and Western breakfast in their restaurant was delicious, but I'd recommend only making reservations once or twice if you have a longer stay, as the meal doesn't change day-to-day and you could get tired of eating the same thing.

We stayed with our 2 kids aged 9 and 11 and had the best experience. The room is beautiful, amenities in the bathroom daily as well as water bottles. Coffee and tea in the lobby and a relaxing lounge to rest at. Staff was very helpful & location is great. A nice short walk to the asakusa train station and temple. For excellent halal ramen : Gyumon Halal Ramen - it was incredible every time. There is also a little vintage shop down the street if you turn right out of the hotel, it's refreshing to shop some true japanese souvenirs.
