The reviews on all the sites were great and I was looking forward to my first trip from Osaka to Yamanashi.Immediately after our arrival, we encountered some irregularities, but they took care of them without showing any offence.I was moved by the warm hospitality. The food was on par with the Japanese food I had eaten at restaurants in Kyoto, and I was impressed by the regional ingredients and delicate seasoning.I realized that I had been fooled and brainwashed by the usual exaggerated seasoning. lolThere are many private baths available, and since we only accommodate 11 groups, there is always a spot available, and we were able to sample all types of baths.Saunas have become popular these days, but don't get carried away by the trends of the times. It was a wonderful time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in a very quiet environment. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The inside of the hotel is very clean and it is definitely the best inn I have been to in the past few years.I highly recommend it to everyone.Thank you so much!

A ryokan where you can enjoy great food and a variety of baths. You can feel the chef's commitment to the menu, which changes every month. All of the dishes are made with kneaded dough, carefully selected from Yamanashi ingredients, and seasoned with Yamanashi seasonings. The seasonings include soy sauce, salt, and miso...I'm definitely going to buy some seasonings as souvenirs tomorrow. The bath has a slightly sulfurous spring quality, and the water is very warm.I will repeat it again!

I stayed for one night with two meals included. The food is delicious, there are many private baths with plenty of hot water, and the service is good. It was an inn that I must visit again. Details below.【meal】Meals are served in a private room in the morning and evening. In the evening, each dish is served with a detailed explanation. The dishes are made with plenty of local and seasonal ingredients, the soup stock is delicious, and the presentation is creative. You can drink Kisvin wine, which is only available at hotels in Yamanashi Prefecture. A glass of white is also available. The roast beef served on a plate made from a wine barrel covered with lacquer was also tender and delicious. The rice for breakfast was so delicious that I emptied the bowl.[Room]It was a room in the old building, but it was a large room with 12 tatami mats and a wide veranda. There was a refrigerator and the room was well-cleaned.[Bath]There is one large bath and five private baths that are fed by natural hot spring water, and it was great that you could use the private baths as many times as you like if they were empty. The private bath is also large and has plenty of hot water. You can enjoy hot springs to the fullest.[Staff response]Everyone is bright, very polite, and you can feel that they give careful consideration to the details. He teaches me a lot of things when I talk to him, and I really like how he sticks with me and doesn't let go of me.

I used it for 1 night and 2 days. This was my first visit, and the best things about this place are the large number of private baths available and the deliciousness of the food.♦︎Private bathThere are 3 outdoor baths and 2 indoor baths, all of which can be used by guests for unlimited time. No reservations are required and you can take a bath at any time you like. The rule is that if slippers are placed in front of the entrance door, there is a customer in front of you, and you will not be allowed to enter (the door has a lock, so you don't have to worry about security guards). You can take a bath at any time until check-out (10 o'clock), so you can take a bath at any time you like, and you can also use the public bath at the same time.Personally, I recommend the ``Hana Mitate no Yu'', the bathroom is spacious and the stone bathtub is circular so you can relax. There are two chairs after bathing, so couples can relax at the same time.♦︎MealAll dishes were really delicious.Even in high-end inns, you might find one or two dishes that are just average, but this is not the case at all at this inn. The dishes vary depending on the seasonal ingredients, but there were many impressive dishes that used local ingredients, such as Yuba from Minobu Town and Fujinosuke. In addition to the purely Japanese cuisine, I personally liked the camembert cheese chawanmushi, which was a unique and varied dish.Another point is that the hostess and staff who serve the meals carefully explain each dish. There were a lot of dishes, and it would be difficult to memorize them, so some of the students tried their best to explain using notepads, and I was very interested and listened intently lol. When I listened to the explanations from other seats, it seemed that each staff member had a different way of explaining the dishes. I think it was mostly the same content, but I think it's a good thing because I think it's the person's original way of phrasing it.Next, regarding the amount of food, some reviews said that the dinner and breakfast portions were small, but it was sufficient. They are particular about their rice, and the rice for dinner is No. 48 rice, and for breakfast they use Takegawa rice, a local brand rice, which is really delicious, and you can get second helpings! This may sound rude, but I had the impression that Isawa Onsen itself was not a big enough town to visit many times. However, I think ``Hot Spring Inn Fuefukigawa'' will continue to be a place I visit.
