Including the room, I didn't see any of the extremely dirty things mentioned in other reviews.At the Itoen Hotel, if you use a coupon, you are often taken to a strange room, but although the room was right above the front desk, it was quiet and didn't bother you with the surrounding noise, and there was no toilet. It was also clean and spacious enough.The buffet venue also had a good amount of space, and it seemed spacious except for the front desk and the shop.

Meals are served in two parts. Dinner from 1730 and 1930. Breakfast is 700 and 840. Dinner is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so guests who checked in late were only given dinner at 1930.In addition, I received a 1000 yen discount on a complimentary ticket valid from November 25th to December 26th. However, only Itoen hotels are located in Gunma, Nagano, and Niigata prefectures.The room was clean, but I could hear footsteps in the hallway. The refrigerator was making a lot of noise so I asked them to turn it off. Although the noise was low, I could hear the murmuring of the river and the voices of people in the next room.The food is average.The location is near Shimagawa Dam. It is far from the hot spring town.

I think it's still a good hotel as an Itoen hotel. As mentioned in other reviews, my room was normal, not full of dust. I think the food was still good for Itoen. However, even though I checked in at 3 o'clock, the parking lot was already more than half full, and I was told that the meal would be served at a later time. What time should everyone come to make time for first-time visitors? I had doubts. However, the inside of the building was like a maze and I got a little lost trying to get to the room that was explained to me.

From R6.1.4, I took the round trip bus from Itoen Hotel and stayed in a room with an open-air bath for one night. The room was very spacious and we enjoyed both the large communal bath and the open-air bath in the room.When my sons stayed in a Western-style room previously, there were a lot of stink bugs in the room, and apparently they were given a spray.There were about two of them in the room this time. . It seemed like the air was coming in through the air conditioner, so I turned off the air conditioner, covered my mouth with a bath towel, and turned on the heater. Then it was fine.We had a great time with the meal and all-you-can-drink alcohol 😆 However, I ended up watching 😭 A group of 4 or 5 people from a certain country finished their meal and were leaving (I could tell by the way they talked because we were seated close to each other). ) When I put tea in my bottle 😔 When I brought home a huge amount of wet towels 😔 Many things may be restricted due to the actions of a few people. I would like you to respect your manners. I was able to change my mind and go sightseeing at Shima Blue and the hot spring town, so I had a great time.
