A rare inn where you can catch 20 stink bugs in a day.The affiliated ski rental company right next door has a very low level of customer service. Be careful as your boots will come out soaking wet.

I used the rental shop on Orion Tour.Arrived at 7:15. First of all, we arrived at the store with 10 to 15 cm of unshoveled snow under our feet.The board on the door said OPEN, so I entered the store, but there was no one there, so I called out loud and it said, ``We're open at 7:30!'' ” I waited for 15 minutes with only a voice shouting.When it was opening time, the clerk confirmed that it was OPEN when he turned over the board, but he didn't say ``excuse me''.The rental plan is・Old model 500 yen (model used for over 15 years)・Good condition 1500 yen (relatively new model)・Latest 2500 yen (latest model)I chose a safe item.I'm a beginner and don't know much about it, so I said, ``I'll check the shoes outside and they'll be fine, so please take them with you.''So I just looked at the size.Let's put them on and start skating! At that time, I noticed that the string inside was tightened properly, but it wouldn't stay in place.This shop is located at the foot of the mountain and it takes time to go there and back.I only rented shoes at the rental shop in Naku Green Plaza.The stopper on the board didn't stop, so we compromised on that, but the maintenance and product was too bad.It's also a safety issue, so is it okay to take the money?From now on, I will use the rental shop attached to the hotel even if it is a little more expensive.If you are planning to rent in the future, we do not recommend renting here.

I used it on a snowboarding tour. It was very helpful that we had a place to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out.The bath was also large and easy to use. I was worried about what it would be like because the price was so low, but I had a normal stay, so if I was worried after looking at the reviews of other hotels, I think it's okay here.However, stink bugs appeared in the guest room several times, which was a bit of a problem.

It's a very convenient location for snowboarding in Kamikuni!It's close to the station, and I stayed there for a cheap price on a 1 night 2 day tour during Big Holiday.There is a souvenir shop nearby, but it's a little expensive, so it's cheaper to buy it at a convenience store!There is no refrigerator, but it was okay to put it out on the balcony in the winter 🙆♀️Auntie at the reception, please take care of yourself and do your best at your job ☺️👍

The ski resort itself was wonderful, but the rental shop was in poor condition. This time, I used Orion Tour, and the tour included equipment such as snowboarding, but at first I was presented with a worn-out snowboard and clothing (the clothing had holes in it, anyway, it was terrible clothing), and I was told that it would be normal if I didn't upgrade. I was not provided with any gear to ski. In the end, everyone had no choice but to upgrade for 5,000 to 6,000 yen, and the upgraded gear, which was said to be the latest, was the same as regular gear from a typical rental shop.
