It's nice that it's right next to the station, but there's nothing else around except for a small convenience store a short walk away. The customer service and system change every time I go.I've been there a few times and it's cheap so I guess it's okay. Sometimes the room smells even in non-smoking rooms.It's great that there is free ice next to the elevator.

It was my first time staying here in two years, and the first thing that surprised me was that there was a step at the hotel entrance due to the Noto earthquake! ️Because it had an impact⤵️The reception desk was unmanned instead of face-to-face.

It was a business hotel near the station.We have been hit by earthquake disasters over and over again, and we are grateful for the efforts you have put in to maintain the facility under really difficult conditions. (As mentioned in other people's reviews, it seems that they are having a hard time maintaining the current situation, so I hope you understand.)There are traces of earthquake damage on the exterior and in some parts of the hotel's base, but there is no problem at all.Web check-in is also possible, and I had a very comfortable stay (2024/09/17-18).The cleaning was very thorough, and I would like to thank you for the amenities. Breakfast was a mix of local dishes and was very delicious. I look forward to working with you again if you have the opportunity. thank you very much.★I'll just tell you what I'm interested in.The clock and LED on the bedboard are very bright when sleeping, so it would be nice if the brightness could be adjusted.It would be helpful if you could check the crowd status in the breakfast hall (which has plenty of space) and the public bath (I hesitated because I didn't know how crowded it would be) in real time from the TV installed in the room.I think the many amenities that you can freely take out in front of the elevator at the entrance are a very good service. Also, the small sweets and candies that came with the meal were a great way to satisfy your hunger until your meal.Also, I will definitely use it if I have the opportunity.

The service was terrible at the hotel, and I went there for a student tournament, but even though there was a space available, the microbus couldn't be parked, there was no introduction or assistance, you could just find it anywhere and park it, and there was no breakfast in the morning until it got to the venue. It's far away, so even if I requested a little earlier, they wouldn't listen to me at all, and the hotel across the road had to secure a parking space for a passenger car, and I even had breakfast 40 minutes earlier than usual. I would like Kinki Nippon Tourist, which mediates the tour, to think about what the difference is. I mean, the basics are a little sketchy, but is it okay?

The building itself is not new, but the rooms are clean and neat.The location is good as it is right in front of the station.The service is good, but the front desk seems to be semi-self-service, so it's quite confusing if it's your first time. (I have no choice but to ask.)
