My stay at Rufu, an inn in a traditional Japanese house, was a very satisfying experience. Equipped with facilities for listening to records, I was able to spend a relaxing time in the living room and truly relax. The warm space typical of an old folk house and the calm atmosphere created by the music were comfortable, and it was a moment to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life.Furthermore, the area around the inn was very quiet, and I was able to sleep soundly without being bothered by any noise from outside, which was impressive. It was an ideal accommodation experience, with an environment that refreshed both mind and body.

The bath is full of sand. . Full of insects. It was dirty so I couldn't go in. . Is the second floor a storage room? It looks like a haunted house from the outside. . I think it would be better to quit the accommodation business. .

This was my first visit with my 5 and 2 year old children. Everything from the hospitality to the room interior to the food far exceeded our expectations, making it an unforgettable trip for our family. In particular, it was great to be able to enjoy teppanyaki in a private space, which is usually not possible with small children. I was very impressed with the quality of the dinner and breakfast, as well as the preparation of the dessert.Since we live in central Tokyo, we were able to spend valuable time with our children. I have talked with my wife about wanting to visit Sakanoie again and also visit other inns. Thank you for your continued support.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, I decided to go on a trip with my family of three during summer vacation, trying to avoid contact with people outside of my family as much as possible.Check-in using an iPad is unique to old folk houses. Easy-to-understand instructions were also provided.The inside was very spacious, had a nostalgic feel, and was kept very clean. With a porch and a dirt floor, it's like going back to your grandmother's house in the countryside. I was able to spend a very relaxing time. Also, the food eaten by the hearth was exceptional.I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that I put in the refrigerator while preparing dinner.In the garden, we used handheld fireworks that we had brought with us. Thank you for providing a bucket too.I would be happy if some improvements could be made.This is the first one. I'm not saying all of them, but it would have been nice to have screens on the windows. Smoke from the hearth filled the room, and I wanted to open the window, but I couldn't because there were no screens except in the kitchen and I didn't want insects to come in. Or, since the ventilation fan was only available in the kitchen, you could install a ventilation fan in the area where the hearth is located. Please consider that.This is the second one. The door to the bathroom opened inward, making it difficult to get in and out.If the above can be improved through future maintenance, please let me know.It's a very nice place and I would definitely like to go there again. It's such a wonderful place that I honestly don't want to tell anyone about it, but since I don't want it to go out of business, I'd like to write a review.I would definitely like to visit Sawa's house and the nearby glamping facility.Thanks to you, this trip was a good one. thank you very much.

A lovely old house and wonderful staff.The sign said there was a washing machine, but when we arrived, we were told there wasn't one! !When I told the tablet staff, they apologized and it was over.I was in trouble because I was relying on the washing machine with my child, so I asked the staff who came to prepare the meal and they took care of it properly.thank you! ! Mr. Ashizawa! !I asked him about various things that I was concerned about, and he explained everything to me. Thank you.The Robatayaki for dinner was a good amount and most of all, it was delicious.The ventilation wasn't working very well, so the room got very smoky, so I had to take things I didn't want the smell to transfer to another room.I hope there will be a little more smoke. Even with the windows open, the smoke didn't go away. I wonder if it's cold in winter? ?The old folk house and the local staff were very nice, but the reason I gave it 4 stars is because there were a lot of things that bothered me.・There was a lot of hair in the bathroom.- Carpet stains are dirty.・The water heater temperature in the shower is a bit strange. It's very lukewarm even though it's set at 40°C. The bathtub is normal.・I can make coffee, but I don't have a coffee cup. I don't have a cup of the right size, so I'm not sure what to put it in.There's a part of me that says I don't have to worry about that, but personally I was concerned about it. I would like it to be improved and become a better accommodation.I was pretty disappointed due to the washing machine incident, but the staff was so responsive that I would like to come again.Thank you for the wonderful time! !

This is my second visit.The hearth cuisine made with local ingredients was delicious, and the staff were very kind.My son enjoyed running around in the large room.I would like to stay at Rufu-sama's other inn.

An inn where you can rent an old private house. Of course, the base house is old, but it has been stylishly renovated and has a great atmosphere. Communication with staff is done remotely using provided tablets, and precautions against the coronavirus are being taken into consideration.I guess it can't be helped due to the structure, but the switches for the lighting system were spread out and hard to understand.The coffee provided as an amenity was from a popular cafe in the neighborhood, and I was happy to be able to grind the beans and drink them.

I have used Sawanoie before, so I chose Sakanoie this time.Sakanoya is a complete one-story building with no loft, so families with small children may feel safer staying here.Meals are prepared using the hearth (self-cooking).There is also IH cooking equipment in the kitchen, so I made breakfast here.The ingredients for the dinner we ordered were varied and delicious. (However, since the amount is quite large, it may be best not to include preschoolers in the number.)Check-in and explanation of the facilities can be done without face-to-face contact using the provided tablet, so I felt safe as a precaution against infectious diseases.I would like to use it again when I go to Yamanashi.
