There are other people who have written here and there, but most of the current Isawa Onsen residents are foreigners (especially Chinese). There are many places where the basic service is poor, so whether you stay at a cheap hotel or an expensive hotel, you should be prepared for that. Also, I don't know if Kyosuisou is being demolished or remodeled, but there was some construction work going on (probably some kind of demolition), but when I contacted them online or over the phone, there was no mention of that at all.

The room was large and old, but the futon was not damp and we had no complaints. It was clean and my small child had a comfortable time in the Japanese-style room.There are people from other countries working here, but I've never seen someone so friendly and helpful. It was very good. They treated the children kindly, and we were able to create some pleasant summer memories.

The area around Isawa Onsen is almost entirely occupied by Chinese people.Japanese people should not stay in this area.I think it's good for people who are looking for a cheap price, but other people should avoid it. The food is also terrible.I can't feel the word "hospitality" at all.

It seems like the management has changed here.I've been to Kyosuiso before, so I can't help but feel disappointed.Although it's a little old, the hot springs at Isawa Onsen completely destroyed my impression that it was good.There is only an open-air bath, so I want to ask if that was cleaned as well.The indoor bath cannot be used because a wall has been built.Most likely, there is no contract with the hot spring association.It is completely different from Japanese hot spring inns.

You can only use the open-air bath, and you can't even use it in the morning.All the staff seem to be foreigners.The front desk staff was very nice.There are many equipment failures.The restroom in the hallway, the hair dryer in the public bath, and the pot in the room were all pressed down.It seems like the bathroom is being renovated, so I think it would be a good idea to open the restaurant after it has been renovated a bit.Both the lobby and rooms are from the Showa era.But TV is only available on the internet.in trouble.

This place is famous as Isawa Onsen Village. I've been here often, and it feels great to be able to rest my soul while relaxing in the open-air bath.The hotel staff were all so kind and the food was delicious. I'll come back later.

This hotel was bought by a Korean and only has a few Japanese employees. At this hot spring hotel, only the open-air bath is open, and most of the hot springs are equipped with showers, saunas, and I think this is unbearable. Moreover, water was leaking from the ceiling of our room, and the compensation we received was a change of room and a bottle of water...Of course we did not receive any water.To be honest, this stay was a really bad experience.
