I visit Murodo every year and have used this hotel several times, but this time I stayed for 3 nights, so I used an 8-person shared room (room 225). The problem specific to this room is that the door to the room is poorly installed and does not close properly. I had no choice but to leave them open, but the curtains on the beds were all too small and there were gaps, so people walking in the hallway could see inside the 225-3 bed, and I shouted loudly. I couldn't help but hear the voices of the people from other countries speaking. When I asked the front desk if the management here knew that the doors were poorly installed and wouldn't close, they replied, "I know, but it's difficult to arrange supplies for repairs, and I don't know the schedule for repairs." If your answer is "No," then you should have given them an explanation when you checked in, or that if you hold the doorknob and lift it up, it will close, but they can't even do that. If so, I asked them to put a sign on the door to that effect and to report the request to management. (I noticed on the third night that the door would lock if I lifted it as hard as I could. When I looked closely, I found that the screw on the door hinge was just loose, and it looked like it could be easily repaired by tightening that screw. I don't understand why they are trying to arrange supplies.) They knowingly put them in a room where the door wouldn't close, without any explanation to the customer, and of course they paid in advance, even after the customer reported it. , I was disappointed in the manager's ability and attitude to respond by saying, ``I know, but it's a mountain hut and the supplies haven't been arranged, so I don't know what the repair schedule is.'' If you are staying in an 8-person room (room 225), you can close the door by lifting it as hard as you can. Please be careful. I think the location and food were good.

2024'10/18 (Friday) The pH was around 2.3, but the hot water felt gentle. There are two small indoor baths, one small and one medium. They are white and hot, and can be heated with water. Washing area with 6 seats, no partition, small space, body soap provided, conditioner-in shampoo provided, and Jigokudani view can be seen through the glass.

We didn't stay overnight and only had lunch. If you go inside, there is a restaurant and the ramen is really delicious.

I used it for a day trip.Anyway, the hot springs were hot, and both baths (men's bath) were the same (T ^ T) However, since the water could be poured out freely, it cooled down a bit. Day trip costs ¥1,000.I was able to relax and enjoy the neat facilities that made it hard to believe that I was on the top of a mountain. Day trips are only available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.If you stay overnight, you can use the place freely except during the cleaning time from 8:00 to 9:00. ⊂((・x・))⊃You go through the kitchen (communal dining room) to get to the hot springs, and it's so clean that it feels like a luxurious stay. The cafe in the front is very popular because you can eat and drink outside and enjoy the view. The menu is in the photo at the end of the book.

This mountain hut is about a 15-minute walk from Murodo Station, near Mikurigaike Pond and Jigokudani.Anyway, the location is great. Guests can use the hot springs almost 24 hours a day. Even after check-out, until noon on the same dayHot spring available. You should try the secret hot spring at the highest point in Japan at least once. The bathroom is spacious with a capacity of about 6 people.I can't say anything about it, but it's a simple sulfur spring, so the temperature of the water is also very good.i feel good. The food is also delicious. As for breakfast, the buffet was sufficient. At night, it was amazing to see the stars from the terrace of the inn.
