Stayed for 6 nights. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and the equipment was good. You can see the Skytree and Sensoji Temple from the observation deck on the top floor. It's very comfortable to bring snacks.A very comfortable stay, I will visit again if I have the chance!PS Although the hotel is a bit far from the subway, it is very close to the bus station. You can take Metro T08 or 46 to JR within a 3-minute walk.

Spent 6 night at this lovely hotel as a couple, and we can only recommend it! Staff is super nice & helpful. Location is fantastic 10-15 minute walk from both the Ginza and Shibuya lines, and bus No. 46 and 26 is right in front and goes to Ueno Station, Ueno Park and other key stations. Rooms: twin room is very comfortable for 2. Sound proofing is great, good insulation, rooms are very quiet. Elavators: can get super busy and may take 5 minutes on the morning. Laundry room: perfect 30 mts wash programs for 600 Yen, dryer takes 100 mts, there are several machines on the 2nd floor. Never had a problem finding an empty one to use. Easy QR code payment. There are endless choices for food in the area, all delicious food is within a minute of walk. Hope to be back soon and stay in this lovely hotel again!

I had a nightmare situation today with shipping my luggage. I took my luggage to a local convenience store in Osaka to ship to the airport and they gave me the wrong pay bill and shipping label for the service that I needed. store also dropped off my luggage the next day instead of the same day! My luggage ended up being stuck in Osaka and I had no way of getting it back. However, the staff at Kanzashi Asakusa were heroes of the day. They really went out of the way to help me call the post office multiple times and JP post multiple times to figure out a solution. I am so thankful and thankful for them and their support. I was very stressed out by the entire situation because we were running into trouble left and right but they really did their best to help me get my bag back. I think I will come stay at this hotel every time I come to Tokyo from now on. Please come and visit them and know you will be treated with kindness , understanding and support from the staff. You will not regret staying here! To Nami-san, Chuka-san and Hirose-san, I am eternally grateful for your help today.Today was a really tough day. I tried to send my luggage to the airport at a local convenience store in Osaka, but the staff at the convenience store handed me the wrong payment form and invoice. On top of that, the convenience store was supposed to ship the package the same day, but it was delivered the next day! As a result, my luggage was left behind in Osaka, and there was nothing I could do about it.During this time, the staff at Kanzashi Asakusa were really helpful. They called the post office many times and contacted JP Post, and they managed to find a solution. We sincerely appreciate their support. To be honest, I was feeling very stressed due to all the troubles, but thanks to the staff who did their best to help me get my luggage back, I was able to get through it.I will definitely stay at this hotel every time I come to Tokyo from now on. Please come and visit us. You are sure to find the staff's kindness, understanding, and great support. Finally, thank you very much to Nami-san, Chuka-san, and Hirose-san. I am truly grateful to you from the bottom of my heart today.
