We stayed with a group of friends during our trip in Osaka!The house is really nice, kitchen utensils are all provided, amenities such as towel, body soap and shampoo are all available.Close access to the train station so it is very convenient for us to go anywhere.Definitely will recommend to others for their stay in Osaka😀😀

Not recommended.It's close to the station, but even though it's a short distance, it's pitch black at night, and it's very scary because it's a narrow, deserted road. A property you want to return to before the day is out.I was in trouble because I couldn't contact the owner and couldn't pick up the emergency phone number.There were large cockroaches, spiders, and centipedes that came out every day, so it wasn't a very safe place to stay, so I left even though I had a few nights left.Owners should keep insect repellent supplies if they know they will be exposed.From the beginning, I sprayed some detergent on it to get rid of it.Detergents and toilet paper are also extremely limited from the beginning.I didn't have any spare toilet paper and couldn't contact the owner, so I bought it myself.We were informed in advance that consumables would be replenished, but we cannot rely on that.They said they were preparing to turn on the air conditioner, but that wasn't the case, so it was very hot.There is a TV in the image, but you cannot watch general broadcasts.Since it is a smart TV, you can watch it online, but if you accidentally check out without leaving your data, it will be accessed illegally.It's my fault for not erasing the data, but even when I contacted the owner, he never responded after checking out, and of course he wouldn't answer the phone.Even if you forget something at this property, it seems like you have no choice but to give up.For better or worse, is it a Chinese company? I get the impression that this is the way to do it.I previously stayed at a Shirakaba inn in a different location, and when I opened the front door on the day of check-in, there was a huge pile of garbage inside.It seems to be quite inappropriate and sloppy management.According to Osaka City ordinances, we are required to keep a record of guests' accommodation records, but we didn't have any such records.I will not be using the Shirakaba no Yado series in the future as there is a possibility that it may be used for crime.I thought it would be a good property, but it turned out to be a disappointing stay.
