The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean, just wished they provided more pillows (we only had 1 per bed). Sensō-ji is walking distance, there’s also a good amount of restaurants around the area.

Fortunately I had a special offer of 70€ for the room via japanican! It's not worth more!!!Small room but what you need is thereInsulation??? NO 😭 all noises are audibleAnd the Chinese speak loudly!!It stank of cigarettes in the hallway!! The smell enters our room...Very good breakfast. On the other hand, the Chinese eat with their mouths open with a loud chewing noise. It's very unpleasantI had to unplug the fridge which was making too much noise.The bed is average but it's ok

Be careful with their wifi! My phone kept turning on and off. I think they got hacked!It's the Chinese hotel... It speaks loudlyThat doesn't apologize. A mentality that I don't appreciate!

Too many disrespectful Chinese people!A Chinese smoking in the hallway of my floor was horrible... Even though he can do it in his room...Another Chinese guy in the evening was totally drunk and couldn't even press the elevator button.The room is not bigThe insulation is ridiculous. I can't sleep I hear the street and my neighbor in the next room coughing.The bed creaks and it's hardHowever, the room facilities are well designedNot yet tested the breakfastAs I write this review, I know in advance that my night will not be great.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is within walking distance to Sensoji Temple. There is a Life supermarket and Don Quixote nearby. The breakfast is very exquisite and delicious.

Great service, I have a stroller missing a wheel and need to mail it to Osaka. At first I couldn't find a suitable carton for mailing. They immediately found one for me and provided me with tape and scissors. Thank you very much Isogai San! for giving us great convenience!The room is very clean and comfortable, and the public area is also very good, where you can eat and drink!

We are 4 people, 2 adults, 2 children, and reserved 2 smallest rooms. At first, we didn't expect much when we booked, but we were impressed with how complete they were!!! In the tiny room, there is an air purifier, a bathtub, and the hot water is really hot, not too hot for the eyes.Cleanliness is given 100 points.Convenience is given 100 points.-Free laundry service available The dryer isn't free but it's very cheap, 100 yen for 30 minutes.-There is a restaurant for eating food bought from outside. There are free spoons, forks, chopsticks and wet tissues.The staff is ready to help everyone. Asking for help is being willing to help as much as possible. The staff understand English well.The waiting room in the lobby has story books for children, drawing and writing space, and paper for folding and playing with. I was impressed by the hotel owner's attention to detail.One slight disadvantage is that the location is not like walking down to the train station. You have to take the bus.

It's far from the station and it takes almost 30 minutes to walk to the hotel. The service is very bad. You have to pay for leaving a suitcase. The breakfast is good, but the convenience is poor.

The service is mediocre and the rooms are typical of a typical Japanese hotel. The location is close to Asakusa. It feels a bit far to go downtown.

A decent hotel with good amenities.Use of the washing machine is free, and the dryer costs 100 yen per 30 minutes. I recommend using the nearby coin laundry for drying only.

For a few days or week stay it is a good hotel within a good location of Asakusa temple. For people traveling with business purpose or pleasure it’s a good place but for family with small kids I won’t recommend it. The rooms are good enough for couple or singles only. The breakfast served was very satisfying and delicious. Along with Japanese delicacy, they served continental breakfast as well. There is even kitchen for the guests and smoking room inside the hotel building.

Although it's a little far away from Asakusa Subway Station, the food stores nearby are really great. It's nice to take a leisurely walk back to the hotel!The environment is clean, the non-smoking room for three people is great, and the bed is big.Be sure to try their breakfast, it’s very rich and varied!

Breakfast is amazing. You can eat all you can eat tuna sashimi for that price.The hotel and the rooms were both clean and nice. However, because of the high humidity, I had to turn the air conditioner on to dehumidify or else it would get stuffy.

The hotel really only has the first floor where you can see it, right?There was no non-smoking room available for booking in advance and they were not informed. The room smelled of smoke, the room type was old, the socket switch was yellowed, and the night shift staff responded very impatiently🙄One more thing, the sound insulation is really poor! Don't believe in evil

About the room・Twin room available, very small-The room itself is clean. Good if you just sleep・There was a slight smell in the water area, and my hair was falling out.・The toilet is too small. Seriously too small・Weak hot water pressure・(Although there is a warning) The temperature of the hot water is unstable.About breakfast・The number of items is small・It's not bad, but it's not outstanding or delicious, it's just average.・100% fruit juice (no juice) (this is a matter of preference)About customer service・The check-in instructions are in a low voice and difficult to hear.- Bath mat towels were not replaced when towels were exchanged (I don't know if this is normal, but it was a negative for me)・The inbound rate is over 80%. Despite this, the staff at the breakfast venue couldn't speak English or Chinese and couldn't explain things (therefore, even though I had put up a sign saying it was in use, my seat was taken by an inbound visitor)._______________Overall, the negative points were noticeable for me, so I don't think I would want to repeat it.Just sleep at the hotel! It may be good for people who like this, but it is not suitable for people who want to spend a certain amount of time calmly.
