I didn't expect it to be such a comfortable trip. I will definitely repeat! I also wanted to try other Regina restaurants. No smells, cleanliness, dogs first, and great customer service...It was a truly satisfying trip. I thought it would be difficult to balance interior design and putting my dog first in a room where I live with my dog, but this was completely reversed. The products I used were also great, and personally, the Serta bed was so comfortable that I slept soundly!I think it's a comfortable space for both dogs and humans. I think most people use cars, but the free shuttle service to Karuizawa Station was also helpful. Please note that there is a lot of traffic on the road in front of you, so be careful.

I always use it at least once every year in late summer to fall or around the year-end and New Year holidays to go home. The employees are very responsive to both dogs and owners, and I always feel comfortable using the service. The hotel only has guest rooms, a restaurant for dinner and breakfast, a dog run, and a bar, but it's a great option for a trip where you want to sightsee in Karuizawa during the day and relax with your dog at the hotel for dinner. There are many restaurants in Karuizawa that allow dogs, but even if you do, they only have terrace seats, which can be painful and uncomfortable during the cold months, so this hotel is almost 100% dog-friendly, so you can relax and enjoy your meal in peace. Masu.It was within walking distance if I tried hard enough to get to Kumoba Pond, and if I tried harder I could even walk to the old light Ginza. (On the day I walked round trip to the old light Ginza, the pedometer on my smartphone exceeded 10,000 steps.)You can rent bicycles at the hotel, so if you don't mind riding a bicycle, it might be better to use that instead of walking.I used it last year while I was pregnant, and they helped me with a lot of things, like sautéing sashimi and lending me a step stool with a handrail in the bathroom.I'm looking forward to visiting with my children next time.

If you're traveling with your dog, your room will have all the amenities you need, so you won't have to carry too much luggage. The staff is dog-friendly and you can take them to eat at the restaurant. The Japanese cuisine for breakfast and dinner was made with local ingredients, and the chef's taste was very good. This is an inn that I would like to stay at again.

I used it one on one with my dog. There are quite a lot of young people at both the front desk and the restaurant. You can rest assured knowing that you will be dealt with by a veteran.Overall, everyone is very nice.If it's your dog's birthday month, they'll take a photo for you. There is a service,Print it out at checkoutContains the name of Regina Resort. You can put it in a photo frame. When I received it, I noticed that my hair wasI was jumping up and down and wished I could tell you. lolThe room was very clean, butFor some reason, there was masking tape on the door frame. It came out so loosely that I thought the construction workers had forgotten to remove it. (There was paint on it, so it might be the remains of the curing tape.)I threw it away. The fact that there is something like thisI guess I haven't cleaned the small parts enough.I thought about it for a while. When checking out, leave the key at the front deskIf you leave,Before I check outHotel: “Are you going out?”Me: “No, please settle the bill.”Hotel: “Does your companion also have a key?”Me: ``...I'm alone.''Your companion saw a dog.The front desk staff talks with a lot of assumptions. He was young. Are you excited or anxious?I don't know, butI mistook you for another customer.I thought they were talking. The food is very delicious, butPersonally, I prefer Regina Resort Hakone Sengokuhara.

I visited at the end of March. This was my first time staying with a dog, and since it's a pet-friendly hotel, all the staff were kind to all the dogs🐶.The food was delicious and the bathroom was spacious, so I was able to spend a relaxing time.I ordered goat milk for dinner and breakfast, but I wish I could choose the size as well as the amount of food. I thought so.The dust box for disposing of toilet sheets and other excrement was installed next to the outer door of the room, so it was comfortable and didn't smell bad. One thing I was disappointed about was that it was the end of March, so there was still snow in the middle of the dog run, so I couldn't enjoy it. I was a little disappointed that I had chosen a room with a dog run, but everything else was very satisfying. I brought my own litter tray, but it's always there, as well as deodorizing spray for dogs, paw wipes, and manner pants if they're small. The buggy is cute too♡I was able to complete my first trip with my dog without any worries or complaints.thank you very much.
