My family and I (4 adults) stay at this hotel for 4 nights in 2 rooms. The rooms are relatively large and well maintained with daily water and other amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations and advice on nearby sights. The location a couple of blocks from the GINZA shopping areas so you can walk there but deal with the crowds there. GINZA is a great location because it is a short train or taxi ride to most sights but does not have the massive crowds of Shinjuku or Shibuya.

Excellent experience. I will review this base on my Bonvoy status (Titanium). I was upgraded to a bigger room, altho not that big (Japanese standards), decent size in my opinion. Room had coffee/tea and all the room essentials with city view. Stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every bit of it. At check in was offered to chose between points, drinks or daily breakfast, which I chose breakfast and it was outstanding. Had both japanese and western dishes and they make eggs to order as well. For being a bonvoy member they also give you free welcome drinks for the entire stay...one drink per person every day. You have a lawson right in front of hotel and few convience stores walking distance. The location ia great and the ginza station is only like a 7 min walk. All the workers are very nice and respectful. If you are thinking about this hotel definitely do not hestitate.

The elevator hall and the inside of the elevator had a nice atmosphere, and the interior of the store was also nice. The shop was on the second floor, but was it near the elevator hall on the first floor? space? Is it a very strong fragrance? Incense? It smelled like this, and as someone who is sensitive to smells, it gave me a headache and nausea.I was very satisfied with the salad buffet (there are other items besides salads). There are many types, they use a variety of ingredients, and they have a variety of seasonings. There's even an acai drink, so it's a great deal. The refillable bread was warm and perfect for eating with salads, etc.I ordered a meat dish as an extra, but the menu seems to change depending on the day, so I ordered a pork dish. The sweet sauce tasted like balsamic vinegar, but the overall taste was vague, so I think it would have been delicious with a little more punch. The grilled vegetables that came with it were delicious. The salad alone is enough to fill me up, so I would like to go again without the extra dishes.

Rooms are not worth 400 EUR per night, we had 2 days where the coffee machine was not working for the breakfast. Unfortunately the breakfast offering is not good enough...
