Sleep when you get tired from swimming in the sea, sleep when you get tired from strolling around the island on an electric bicycle, sleep when you feel sleepy after eating, go to see the stars at night and go to sleep...Owner and accommodation There was a sense of distance from the customers, so if you wanted to talk, you could talk and anything was possible.It was a place I would want to go to again.Personally, I felt that there were more solo travelers in the lagoon, and if I were to visit this island again as a solo traveler, I would stay here.Some of the islanders seemed unfriendly, but if you talked to them, they would talk normally...Maybe that's part of the taste of this island?I want this island to stay like this forever.

When the ship arrives at the port, we will pick you up. At that time, it was helpful because he briefly explained the geography of the island.You can rent electric bicycles, and they were made by Panasonic and had long-lasting batteries (^^) Hateruma Island was large enough that you could get around on electric bicycles.The welcome bread homemade by the wife was delicious, and I ate it while looking out over the sea at Nishihama. There was a cleaning staff (active and cute), so the kitchen, toilet, shower, and guest room were very clean. Be sure to check out the information posted on the board about things like morning yoga, stargazing tours, and snorkel equipment rentals.I also appreciated that the washing machine and detergent were free. Would it be faster to dry it indoors? There is a space where you can dry your clothes indoors, which is very convenient (^o^) You can cook the fruits and ingredients you bought at the market on Ishigaki Island in the kitchen, and enjoy the privacy of your own home with your travel companions. I can also talk to you. I think it's the best accommodation.The south store was the closest, and I liked this store the most.There is also a cafe very close by, although it is not open every day. It's delicious.

I use it every year. Your privacy is well protected and you can communicate well with other customers. The room is clean and spacious enough for one person. A desk and hair dryer are also installed. There are two women's restrooms, but they are cleaned every day so they are very clean. The bathroom also has a lock and a changing room. At night, large spiders and geckos appear in the common areas, and insects sometimes appear in the rooms, but I don't really care because I feel like this is normal when you come to Okinawa. not. The owner and his wife will answer any questions you have and treat you with an appropriate sense of distance.

Great owner and everything is super clean and organized! You can rent a Motor cycle just 1000 yen for 24 hours just for guests including petrol!The room has big table and air conditioner, tele work friendly and very comfortable place!Highly recommend!!!

Many places of stay on the island include breakfast, dinner. For those who prefer to have more freedom (just stay no meals) try staying at this place. Rooms are clean and spacious, owners are welcoming, facilities are great.

This is a comfortable accommodation.Since it is on the outskirts of the village, it is ideal for collecting insects and observing wild birds.I woke up at dawn to the sound of a red herring and was able to observe it up close.I was impressed!

Even if the shuttle car is beat up, the person is nice. I was worried that the room would be in disrepair. All equipment was kept in very good condition. Bicycle rental is available for 500 yen.However, Hateruma also has quite a few ups and downs, so it was a good exercise lolIf you go to Hateruma, this is the place you would want to stay again.

It's great for solo travelers as there's a communal kitchen and a good sense of distance from other guests. I think it's possible to go with friends, but I highly recommend this place for solo travelers. As you can see from the photos already posted, it's very simple. There is no TV in the room, and the only equipment is a hair dryer, liquid vape, air conditioner, and hangers. It's just clean. The communal kitchen, showers, toilets, and other water areas are also clean. The person who picked us up (the owner?) was also kind.

What is it? A mysterious feeling that flows on a remote island...There was a program that said that people who go to remote islands in the south have darkness in their hearts.There is no darkness, but the southern tip is calling me (lol).Here comes the third part of my journey to conquer the edge of Japan. When I visited Hateruma Island, I stayed at a slightly unusual inn called Lagoon.The room was about 4 tatami mats, with 2 single beds and an air conditioner, but no TV! Super simple!The kitchen, shower, and toilet are shared and all very clean. Meals can be eaten out, ready-made meals, or self-cooked, so you can choose whatever style you like.I was impressed by the concept of not providing hospitality!This is an inn where you can fully enjoy remote island life, and we decided to visit Hateruma Island again.

I made a reservation on the same day, but I was able to walk in and stay. We were given a pick-up and drop-off at the port, and we also had a pick-up and drop-off to participate in the star tour. It was quiet at night and I was very happy to stay there. There are many showers for women, but only one for men. The kitchen was also well organized and easy to use. I was confused because there were so many ways to sort garbage, but once you get used to it, it's fine. There is wifi. There is no TV. The island is steeper than I expected, so renting a bike was the right choice. I was able to rent one nearby.
