One of the best boutique hotels I ever stayed at, highly recommend that you stay here!Stayed here for 3 nights in August, 2023. The hotel is surrounded by forest and exotic plants so you really get the feeling of being “in the jungle”. Clean and beautiful rooms with a patio overlooking the jungle. The beach is only 5minutes away by walking. The hotel only serves breakfast (no lunch or dinner) which is homemade and very tasty. The hosts are super friendly and helped us to arrange pick up at the ferry port (Uehara), booked tours on the island for us, arranged pick up to and from restaurants on the island. The level of service is really impeccable.Loved staying here and would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights from Osaka. Thank you very much to the owner, female staff, and Choppy-chan for welcoming me so warmly.Homemade bread for breakfast is crispy and fluffy! Apparently they even keep bees, and the honey tastes great on bread. He was very helpful, teaching me a lot about Iriomote Island's plants and animals, and asking me questions about buses and ferries. Thank you very much for your help ☺️

The resort is old. However, because Iriomote is a very natural island, the prices are expensive.

I stayed here around April 20th. The room is log house style. The room has a clean feel. There is a small refrigerator in the room.Unfortunately the weather was terrible, but even in the rain the jungle in front of the window was beautiful.Laying around while listening to the sound of rain is a luxury! There were two fireflies flying in the window of the room at night! The breakfast prepared by the owner and his wife was very delicious. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Hoshisuna Beach.I was also happy that the hotel rented out beach towels.I would love to work with you again.

I don't think there are many hotels where you can see the jungle view from your room's balcony. When I go out to the balcony early in the morning, I can hear the sound of palm leaves being blown by the wind, the chirping of birds, and the sight of fluttering giant butterflies, making me feel so relaxed just being in my room. I did. There was a small drying room inside the room, so I could dry my laundry and put my suitcase there, so I was able to relax even more in the room. The breakfast was colorful, beautiful, and delicious, and the hotel was truly comfortable, allowing us to spend time surrounded by nature.During my stay, I was able to fully enjoy the nature of Iriomote Island from morning until dusk, so I would definitely like to stay longer next time.

It was a very nice hotel. I was able to enjoy the benefits of a small hotel. Since I had to go suddenly, I had no prior knowledge of Iriomote Island and had no reservations, but thanks to the network of everyone at the hotel, I was very satisfied with the activities and dinner.

The only thing that would have improved our experience was a couple|| more weeks in the friendly and hospitable setting. The hosts were excellent, breakfasts outstanding and location incredible. Really look forward to visiting this time next year.

It's a really nice resort! The owner and his wife were friendly and fun, and we had a great time talking with the other guests, making it a great holiday. You can see the jungle of Iriomote Island from your room window. Since it's in the jungle, insects come in, but I think that can't be helped. I think it's because humans are interfering with natural forests. The bed was comfortable and I had a great sleep! Breakfast was Japanese and Western food, which changed daily, and the bread for Western food was homemade, so it was very delicious! By the way, the jam and honey are also homemade! At night, I was able to hear various stories from the owner at the bar. I received advice such as "Why don't you go here?" It was really helpful to be able to pick up and drop off at the restaurant where we would eat dinner and also pick up and drop off at the port! If I go to Iriomote Island, I would like to stay here again.
