I guess he was still doing it.Very close to Uehara Port. That might be all you can get. However, other hotels have shuttles, so it's not really an advantage. How about giving away tickets to locals at a discount right after making a reservation? A sudden phone call.I refused, explaining that it was against my policy for outsiders to enjoy services meant for locals, but I still did not back down.I found out later that it was a fake ticket. The room was in the main building, so it wasn't prefabricated, but the musty smell was terrible. Well, this area is a remote island of Okinawa, so I managed to put up with it, but I wonder what the mysterious facility usage fee of 500 yen is?The employees are probably part-time workers, but their language and attitude are bad, and it feels like they've been forcibly brought in and forced to work. There's no excitement like working part-time at a resort, and on the contrary, it's difficult, isn't it? It was done with great care.I was surprised to see the guide on a night tour by the beach wearing flip-flops as he went into the bushes to look for coconut crabs. Don't you have any boots ready? Why? It seems like it wasn't communicated very well. Do you know about Sakishima Hub?The location is good. It's in the village of Uehara, so there's a supermarket nearby, and the 100 yen pineapple sold unattended was quite delicious.

I used the accommodation as a set with the tour. Although the service at the inn itself was rated average, the experience with the tour was so great that it exceeded a perfect score.First of all, what I liked about the inn was that the employees were friendly and I was able to learn about the nature and culture of Iriomote Island. You can stay at a reasonable price with dinner and breakfast included, and basic services are also available, including free use of washing machines, detergent, and hangers. There are many geckos and frogs around, making it an irresistible environment for nature lovers.I was told that it was possible to reserve a rental car at the hotel, but due to the cancellation of the ferry that day, I arrived late, so I didn't use it. At that time, I was very grateful that they waived the cancellation fee.The most noteworthy thing about this inn is the tours. I participated in the Totoro Forest Night Tour and the Limestone Cave Exploration Tour, and both were experiences that tickled my sense of adventure. Since the tours were for small groups, they were able to flexibly accommodate my requests, including guiding me to places that were inaccessible.I felt that the value exceeded the price. The explanations about the flora, fauna and topography were interesting, and we even had a chance encounter with a coconut crab, so the whole tour was very fulfilling. Necessary equipment such as special shoes and lights were lent to me, so I was able to participate with peace of mind. The starry sky I looked up at on the way was truly an extraordinary world. On the other hand, there are some things I was concerned about regarding the accommodation. The room didn't seem to be well-cleaned, and I was concerned about the dirt in the toilet, sand on the floor, and ants lining the room. However, there were some aspects where I was able to spend my time without worrying about it. In order to preserve the island's environment, visitors are asked to take their plastic trash home with them. I made the mistake of forgetting breakfast once, but I was given a complimentary dish for dinner, which was a good response.Overall, the reviews for the accommodation were modest, but the tour experience more than made up for it, and it was something I would want to participate in again.

Although we did not stay overnight, we were very grateful for the rental car and boat fishing. Since it was an unplanned trip, I asked for a reservation the day before, but they were very flexible and helpful. I was able to enjoy Iriomote Island to the fullest by being able to borrow my car until late and having a luxurious dinner cooked with the fish I caught after fishing on a boat.

First of all, the room was dirty. The futon was littered with trash and someone's hair, and although it says there is Wi-Fi, there is actually no Wi-Fi in the room, so it is better not to use it for business purposes.I think the food is good. There is a supermarket nearby so you can buy daily necessities there.

If you are considering this accommodation, you may want to reconsider. The room I was shown to had a musty odor that made me feel unsafe from the moment I opened the door. Even after ventilation for about an hour, the smell did not go away. I asked to change rooms, but the smell did not change. Mold has probably invaded the wallpaper, and there's not much we can do about it. Definitely not recommended, especially if you are bringing children. Also, it is better not to refer to Agoda reviews.I should have looked at various review sites before making a reservation. I don't want to stay here again.

As an inn in Iriomote, the rooms are good. The food includes fish sashimi, which is good, but since I drink alcohol, there is no problem if you bring dry food with you.I rented a bike for the day at the hotel and went around it the day I arrived and the next day.Barras Island was timed for low tide. Since low tide was close to 5pm, this was no ordinary tour, so we decided to take this boat. We saw sea turtles, coral, and went to Barras Island. If there were more people, the price would be the same as a tour, but it was expensive for one person. It accommodates a variety of activities, so you can enjoy a lot more than just the sea.
